Overall, it was great. It needed to be vacuumed under the beds but other than that it was great.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Communication was smooth and there were no issues. Would happily book again.

Stayed for 6 nights, no problems, nice and cozy. Not very far from dwn town. Enjoyed our stay. Completely fenced back yard for fur babies. Garage as well,stored our Ebikes in there.

We stayed in Gerard’s house for six weeks. When we arrived, we found house is clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and ideal for an extended stay. The area is quiet and peaceful and a great respite from the business of the tourist locations, yet still close enough to enjoy. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the backyard was securely fenced for our dog and very private. The host was very responsive to any questions and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We loved staying here. Thank you, Gerard!

Would definitely stay here again! Location is convenient to store and restaurants. Nicely decorated. When I read the description I missed that it did not have an iron, so my bad. I also missed my keurig. It’s been a long time since I’ve used a regular coffee maker . The sofa could use updating, but the beds were comfortable - we did bring our pillows; it’s just what we do. Nice closet space. Oh hardly any towels. 4 we had, so if staying a long time something to consider. Overall though, those things were minor. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was okayish but I wouldn't stay again. The first thing we noticed was the smell when we walked in. The couch stank and really needs to be replaced. Along with the area rugs. The house was only partially clean. We had to vacuum and mop, using multiple mop pads. There was visible dirt and hair on the floors. There were pillows missing from the bed and the extra bed clothes were wadded in a ball in the top of the linen closet. Towels were all old and needed replacing. The one bedroom only had one working outlet. At least the beds had clean sheets and the bathroom was clean. The tub needs fixing as it had a big rusty gash in the middle and did not drain well at all. All the kitchen drawers were a mess but we made due. It just seemed so much better in the pictures. The host also sent us our check in info late and did not respond quickly in general or communicate well. They only sent pre typed out messages and didnt acknowledge what they did. If you want a nice relaxing stay, dont stay here. Unfortunately its not as good as it looks. Maybe it was when they first started hosting but it has not been taken care of or managed well.
