Staff were very friendly and helpful with my questions. Located between Grand Central and Times Square. Construction was on going to other areas of the street but that seems normal for NYC. Room was small and without a view, but it was clean. Continental breakfast was really good.

Overall the hotel was great. The only isssues were that the bathroom sink and counter was small. The shower head would not adjust downward.

It was the right place for my quick trip to NYC. I especially liked being able to leave my bag the day I left, since the hotel is close to GCT and it wasn’t any trouble to go back for it.

I can’t really explain. It was ok. Nothing really wrong but I guess I thought it was going to be a little fancier. It’s like if owners of a speakeasy opened a hotel. It’s quiet for sleep but at 7 am everyone’s banging around and the doors are super thin. I liked the snack shop. The staff was friendly. The shower was amazing. I don’t even leave reviews ever but for some reason I felt compelled to let you know it’s average. I feel like for the price I have better options. I just wanted to try something new. So I guess I typed all this out for no reason. I could have just said “eh.”

The location was great; you had to pay $25 a night for a “hotel” fee. House-keeping was optional and had to be requested. There was a sign in the door that said not to inhabit the building by because of some health code violation or permit, I took a pic of the sign. It was really nice to have croissants and bananas in the morning and it’s right across the street from a Starbucks! Overall it was adequate.

The most important it was a very clean hotel.They offer breakfast .You can walk 5 min to Times Square .Metro/train station/buses are everywhere next to hotel.Best location.the staff was very good and friendly

The room had litter all around the floor of my room and there was hair in the shower when I arrived. Besides that, it’s a pretty standard hotel room on the smaller side. The internet isn’t the best. A pretty average hotel.

The property was nice, the location was perfect, right next to the Times Square. The only issue was the breakfast, they called it a breakfast, but there was only tea, coffee, juice and croissant.

We like its convenient location, just a block away from Times Square. And it's safe even though walking in late night. Room is a bit small when you open 2 suitcases. The small lobby which also serves as breakfast room is too pack too.
