This was more than we expected- The service was great, rooms were really clean. The entirety of the hotel was well maintained and stunning. Beds and pillows were super comphy and the giant TV with sleep timer was a plus.

Really nice spot in the heart of everything. Rooms are clean, modern but very small but that’s expected in Manhattan. First time I’ve been to a hotel of this class and it didn’t have a coffee maker. The hotel charges a destination fee or a resort fee of $30 per day which allows you to use wifi and near by gyms. I found that to be odd. Since when do you pay extra for wifi

Great location, between Chelsea and Flatiron. Hip lobby area with restaurant and bar. Room was on the smaller side, but nicely appointed and comfortable. Would stay there again.

One of the best hotels in Chelsea. Modern and unique looking. If you dont mind the $20 cocktails, worth the stay. Loved the bunk bed and second bed, perfect for the 3 of us.

TV in room not working reported twice to the front desk on the third time it was fixed! Calling the front desk is futile I let it ring for 15 minutes no one answered

I stay at this hotel fairly regularly, about one night per month. This most recent stay was the first time I have experienced a few concerns. The first being bag check before rooms are ready. Both when I was checking my bag in and when I went to pick it up, there were others waiting because they couldn’t find their bags. When they initially came out with my bag they forgot the second one and had to go back after I called that out. The second being check in and room confirmation. I booked a room with one king sized bed. When I checked in I was informed all of those were sold out and I was given a room with two double beds. When I asked what could be done on the cost since that wasn’t what I booked, the gentleman at the desk insisted it was a better deal for me because there were two beds…but having a second bed didn’t mean anything to me as a solo traveler. And if I had been traveling with my spouse that would have been even more off putting. His whole vibe was to not even acknowledge they messed up by overbooking rooms. It was weird.

Everything was great until I was hit with a 278 CAD charge by the hotel after my stay. I'm not sure what this charge is related to but this is would be my last stay here.

Staff was great but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms are too small and I very much dislike the whole sink/mirror in the living area trend. Bathrooms should have the sink/mirror and not feel like a small closet.

Our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in. The elevators took forever. There was an extra $100 charge not listed when we booked. Clean room, good location but will not be staying again.

The Hilton Motto far exceeded any of my expectations. The staff was impressive from checking in to everything leading up to checking out. Whenever i arrived to my room, the TV screen was on with the NY backgrounds on it and in the center were these words, welcome Carolyn. I have no complaints at all, which is rare. Well my only complaint would be ive set myself up for any future hotel stays. From here on out, itll be Hilton for me.

Motto was amazing! They were able to accommodate me after there was a problem with my Expedia reservation. The rooms are compact but perfect for what we needed and a good area. We’ll come back next time we’re in NYC!
