"My spouse and I had a great stay here. Very clean, quiet, and calm. Great fishing off the dock on this private lake. There is also a two person kayak to use. The owner supplied wood, fire starters, lighters, even s’mores supplies! There is a stereo in this camper with speakers outside as well so you can sit by the fire with music playing. The neighbors cat gave us a visit, he/she is very friendly and cute. I would definitely recommend staying here."

The rental side of the property is set up to where you don’t even realize it’s shared. We liked that both bedrooms were upstairs and had bathrooms attached. Great location relative to our family in Perham and the downtown area. We look forward to coming back during the summer to take advantage of the lake. "Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Hot tub, beach, dock, fire pit, all were great! Knocked one start off for a couple reasons..we showed up a little after 4pm and the cleaners were still there so we had to drive around for a while and eventually went to eat supper while waiting. Second reason was that they advertise a propane grill (which was there) but was really dirty, rusting apart, some inside pieces were even on the ground. We...

"Stayed at this beautiful cabin with a group of friends from all over the state. The cabin had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. The cable is more beautiful than we imagined. It is right on the lake, although with the weather we were only able to enjoy the view. The sauna was an added bonus."

We were there in the winter and enjoyed our stay, Easy check in and communication great with host. If going in summer not a place with kids as have to cross a highway to get to water and no beach area. As far as adults and a place to get together a great place."
