Yes the room was nice and so were the staff. Need to provide bedding ahead of time for pull out couch so uou dont have to go to front to get linnens.

Staff seemed ok, rooms were good.

What started out as a very nice “luxury” hotel in Fargo, The Jasper has declined significantly. Other than a very uncomfortable bed, we had no complaints about the room itself. However, we found the common areas in the front desk and lounge areas to be dirty and unkept. Table tops uncleaned, grimy floors, dirty windows, etc. Service at the bar and in the lounge areas was terrible. Workers in worn and dirty black t-shirts do not project a luxury vibe. Even so that could be overlooked if the staff was more interested in serving customers than they were in visiting with each other. Just an overall disappointing experience, especially when paying a premium hotel price.

Check in was fast, the wine and cheese hour was wonderful, the turn down chocolates and music set the tone, and the coffee and pastries delivered in the morning was perfect! Definitely will return!

Room last time never got attended to and this time only once. TV is like my computer screen. I have to sit at the end of the bed to even watch it. TV’s don’t cost nothing and since this place is always booked, that’s the least upgrade you can do. I don’t even mind that it’s dated. #341 needs help. #305 was great besides no attention.
