Everything about our stay was wonderful! The place was beautiful, comfortable ( bed was great) and nice quiet location. We would definitely stay here for our next trip to visit our daughter.

Amazing and cozy stay
This property is the perfect weekend getaway. Great location right off Marguerite ave with a 10min walk to coffee shops, local restaurants and Corona Del Mar beach. The unit is in perfect condition - very clean and cozy. 10/10 experience would stay again.

Impeccable!
We traveled to the west coast for our son’s wedding. He lives in Irvine and the wedding was in Laguna Beach. This beautiful property was convenient to all and is walkable to shops, dining, and the beach! The apartment is exactly as presented, the property owner answered the few questions we had promptly, and the bedding was very confortable (this is at the top of our checklist!). We would highly recommend this VRBO property if you are in the area or as a destination.

This is a beautiful condo! It was so roomy & updated. It had everything we needed. There is a coffee maker, but we loved walking to Zinc Cafe every morning for coffee. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Linens and pillows were wonderful. Great water pressure in the shower. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Great 1 BR property
Everything about the property was great. The location is just a couple of block from PCH and a lot of restaurants. It's a beautiful 15 minute walk to the beach. The homes in CDM are all very close together and most are attached so I was surprised at how quiet it was. I rarely heard any outside noise and any that I did was during the day. The home was clean and really comfortable. I wanted to stay longer!

This property was wonderful. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels and bedding. Every thing was very comfortable. The parking is a little tight, so a smaller to midsize car will fit fine in the space. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, we took a lot of walks. Also we walked downtown where there are many restaurants.

All The Comforts of Home
Loved the duplex..neat and clean, quiet and pretty, roomy too; peaceful setting near all. Walked to dinner and breakfast although we could have cooked a meal there in the well equipped kitchen there are many good places to visit. Beach is gorgeous and we rode our bikes to inspiration point..what more could we ask for? We will be back!!

I loved my 5 day stay at this property ! It was everything the photos show - spotless like walking into a new home. Roya was wonderful and a great host. It is a short 5-10 minute block to the beach! I highly recommend!

An amazing property!

This home was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed- even laundry soap. The area was absolutely lovely. Plenty of great food nearby. The carport was large enough for me to park my Expedition relatively easily.

We've stayed here twice now and have loved it. It is the perfect location for pretty much everything we enjoy in Newport. It's quiet and easily accessible. Very clean and a priced just right. As long as it is available I think we've found a sweet spot and will keep coming back! Thanks!

This villa apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a safe upscale neighborhood. Perfect location for walking to the beach and local restaurants. Roya, the host, was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Villa
The villa was immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything that one would need. Roya was a wonderful hostess and always quick to answer any questions that I had. The location is wonderful - not far from the beach and restaurants but far enough away to be separate from the crowds. I especially liked the dedicated, covered parking space for my vehicle given that parking spaces in Newport Beach and Corona del Mar are very limited. I will be back.

My partner and I stayed at this location for about a week. She rented this place for my birthday and for us to celebrate the New Year. The place is absolutely beautiful, there is ample parking, the neighborhood is quiet, great restaurants walking distance and a great sized kitchen. The Host was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations. The best part was having the beach be a 10-minute walk from the place. We will be back! Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning
This property was the best place I have stayed in. The location was perfect, everything was clean and there wasn’t one thing missing. All the little amenities were included but I really loved the extras like the grill and washer and dryer. The host was fantastic as well with quick responses and she was there if you needed her but also wasn’t a bother. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to stay here again soon.

The property is in a perfect location, a 7 minute walk to the beach, 4 minute walk to shops and restaurants in quaint Corona del Mar village. The breeze in the home is perfect as you can open windows and doors on all sides of the home and take in the aroma of the ocean air. Inside, the amenities are of the best quality. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was high end and very comfortable. I felt like I was in my own home on the first night.

Villa Corona del Mar is in excellent condition, it is well maintained, it is safe and secure, and it is just precisely what we need. We already Booked our Return Trip for the Summer 2020. Roya is a friendly and helpful Property Manager. We felt like we were in our Home Away from Our Home. 5 Stars out of 5 Stars!

Property was in a great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Had a well stocked kitchen for cooking and was a good size for the four of us. Was clean upon arrival and nice to have the extra 1/2 bath. Great shower, plenty of towels, nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. Only suggestion, would be to add one more bedding set for the 4th person.

The structure is well-built with many upgrades. Parking is easy on street or in the carport. All necessities for living are available including detergent for washer. However floors were dirty- but landlord helped with that by providing me a swiffer at my request. Needs some painting in newly renovated areas. But extremely nice and priced modestly for the area. I would stay again!

Another Great Stay
My husband and I enjoyed a five night stay at this second floor apartment. We've stayed here several times and appreciate its great location, how clean it always is, and how well stocked it is with everything we need in the kitchen. The owner provides detailed instructions on how to operate everything and is readily available for any questions.
