“The moment we pulled up we were surprised at how beautiful the property and setting was. It is so quiet and serene. The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. Some added perks were the popcorn and ice cream for us to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and swing, watching the beautiful sunset. It was one of our most enjoyable stays. ”

“This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lakeview. It is nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. Four women stayed there comfortably. My granddaughters loved the luxurious shower snd the free kayaks. I loved just sitting on the deck, and looking at the peaceful water. Though I live less than an hour away, it was a real vacation for me. We will definitely be back. Granny of Cold Spring,Ky.”

“The Little House on Dairy was conveniently located between the ARC Encounter and the Creation Museum. We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful evenings after visiting both. The view was wonderful, and we enjoyed our morning visits from the cows. The house was cozy and met all of our needs. Thank you for being so prompt in fixing our air conditioner situation. We enjoyed our relaxing stay!!”

“Awesome experiance, check in smooth, great communication, clean. Nice deck, used often, could view the kids playing on playground. Kids enjoyed pool. Cooked breakfast daily, would be easier with non stick fry pan, but overall great relaxi g experience. ”

“Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food.”

“We had an issue checking in but the owner, Jon was promptly responsive and helped us through everything and resolved our issue! The property was amazing and the backyard was gorgeous and very peaceful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus and we loved the bathroom. Amazing place to stay for a few days!”

“Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great……

“Host did an excellent job, however one of the bedroom main lights doesnt work and the fan wobbled(was afraid to it to max speed)”

“There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. (All the calls……

“The cottage was nice with a comfortable bed. The view of the river was beautiful! The location is very close to downtown but it was not really safe to walk as there is no sidewalk and the road is quite busy. Overall it was a nice stay. ”

“We had and amazing stay at this property! It provides a lot of privacy and was perfect for spending quality time with my groomsmen on my wedding weekend. The host was great about communication and the house and property were in excellent condition. This place is convenient to all that Cincinnati has to offer, but also provides a relaxing environment to enjoy nature. My only regret is that I could not have stayed here longer! ”
