We were infested with ants. The toilet paper was sitting on the tub because the toilet paper holder was broken and not there. Plaster was falling off the walls. Carpet in the hall was cut down the middle. There was no breakfast the maters and box springs was so old it looked like someone peed on it and threw up on it. The three pillows on the bed you had to use all three pillows to make one. Staff was very nice. Tiles on the floors from the hallway to your room was all cracked and broken. If we could have stayed elsewhere we would have but the hotels around there had no rooms they were all booked..

The first room they gave us had not been cleaned the next room had no trash bags was not clean no plastic cups cabinet door was broken tile inside the shower were cracked told the front desk and didn’t seem to care

The whole place was very clean . Just a hard walk back and forth to restroom and showers. The tent was very hot even though it was set on 65 temp was in the 80s. We had reservations for a 4 day stay and left on 3rd day for that reason.

Great location and the cigar and bourbon room is beautiful. The only issue we had was the communication from the property manager was the print was so small it was difficult to read and the check out procedures in hotels.com were different than the procedures in the onsite manual (e.g. what/where to do with bedding and towels) - hopefully we did the right thing! 😊
