This bright & fully renovated 70m² 3bedroom flat combines high-end finishes and designer furniture. Provided with all comfort to enhance your stay and make it memorable.
Located in a contemporary building on the 4th floor with elevator, right at the heart of the city, you’ll be at 1 minute from the beach, 2 minutes from the tram ‘Direct Connection Airport’ and 10 minutes’ walk from Old Nice. An ideal place for a stay with family & friends.

Arrival must be scheduled by appointment between 3p.m. and 9p.m. at least 24 hours in advance. From 9p.m. to midnight it will be possible to self check-in, we will give you all necessary instructions to follow before your arrival.

The district is pleasant and commercial, the Promenade is accessible at 1 minute walk, Old Nice at 10 minutes and tramway with direct airport connection at just 5 minutes. Weather you’re into shopping,scrolling down Provençal market or by the sea you’ll find that the flat location will make anything is possible.
All shops and services are in the immediate vicinity. The district offers many bars and restaurants, of all styles:Provencal, traditional French, Lebanese, Indian, etc.

Unbeatable Location
We had a really great stay at this apartment! It was within walking distance of everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Nice. We even booked a bike tour with the company directly across from the apartment building! It is easily accessible from the tram and other modes of public transportation. Plus, the short walk to the Promenade and beaches is a huge bonus. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor balcony just enjoying the weather and energy of the city. The place is as described. The air conditioning works great and was appreciated in the heat! A few drawbacks: The kitchen isn't very well stocked and the cook wear is quite tired. The hosts also don't provide beach towels, which I thought was a huge oversight given the proximity to the beach. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place to those looking to visit Nice!

Beautiful Stay
The place was really nice! We loved the location. Couple minutes away from the beach. Walking distance to the Old City. Great restaurants all around. Lots of shopping. Carrefour market directly across the street. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time there. Master bedroom has ample storage spots for clothing, luggage, etc. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Clean. Two elevators in the building. Located on the fourth floor. Air conditioning cranked! Shower was a little tight, but we managed. Loved the layout of the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Good day stay overall
Great location by the Promenade but a bit away from the very touristy old town areas, though still within walking distance. Place was clean, bedrooms were spacious. The bathroom is a bit small, but that's expected in Europe. Having the washing machine was very convenient, although they don't provide detergent. The only negative aspect is not having a place to leave luggage on the last day, so if you don't have a car, but still want to walk around before leaving, find luggage nanny service.

Perfect Chic Apartment
Super modern apartment, loved the decor! The balcony is amazing, view of the ocean and city. Clean and very comfortable. It was our favorite place we stayed on our entire France tour trip.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement, le long balcon avec sa belle vue et surtout son emplacement. Il est situé près de la plage. Il y a une épicerie juste en face et beaucoup de restaurants avec take out autour. Le bus arrête en face. L’arrivée a été facile. Lorsque l’hôte a communiqué avec nous pour nous dire que l’appartement était prêt et nous a indiqué comment procéder pour y accéder. Nous n’avons eu aucun contact direct avec l’hôte. Wij hebben een heel erg fijn verblijf gehad. Uitstekende locatie, communicatie uitstekend, foto's kloppen. Airconditioning werkte super. Supermarkt tegenover, café next door. Met de handdoek de straat oversteken en jij zit op het strand. Ca 15 min lopen oude stad, ook ca 18 min lopen naar het station. Bushalte voor de deur, ook een biowinkel om de hoek. En een fijne winkel voor e-step verhuur tegenover.
