"There was not breakfast during the week and that was a problem because there was nothing walking distance. Also parking was a bit more difficult than I expected other then valet. Rooms were nice and everything was very well kept "

"A very nice property. The rooms are large, clean and have very nice bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent. We rented a block of rooms for a nearby wedding and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel."

"The staff was great. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful when my wife and I had questions about check in/check out. Regarding the building itself, I was disappointed to see there was only one working elevator, which often took a substantial amount of time to make it to the floor we were waiting on. Additionally, we were staying on the 2nd floor, which had signs indicating the floor was “smoke free” but every afternoon/evening it reeked of marijuana. My wife, who is 5 months pregnant, had a hard time walking to our room and often had to cover her face because of how strong the smell was. Overall, while the staff was accommodating, the elevator situation and the pungent smell throughout the hotel influenced our lower rating. "

"The front desk clerk greeted us warmly and was helpful. Check in was quick. The room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. For a motel we were surprised how quiet it was. No noise from traffic or other rooms. No blow dryer which was not an issue just something to note. Bring your own. Breakfast was pastries, bagels, make your own waffle, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Oatmeal packets. Enough to get the day started. If we needed to stay in Athens again we would stay here again. "
