“This was an amazing experience for my family. It was clean, renovated with modern amenities. Stocked well, clean, outstanding showers, comfortable beds, and quiet time. The host was very accommodating and responded immediately to any questions. We will definitely be back as our daughter is a Grad student with UGA. Would absolutely recommend this stay as a small town getaway! ”

“This was the worst experience I’ve had renting an RV.. we’ve rented them from other sites and they’ve always been at RV parks or campgrounds unless it states otherwise in the listing.. no where did it say where this was located.. my stomach dropped instantly as my daughter and I pulled up to a man standing outside the home where the RV is parked. I didn’t get any check in instructions. The RV looked nice but had a weird smell but to be fair we only stayed for about 10 minutes before my gut said……

“Unfortunately the unit was not "cleaned" well. Once I notified the owner he sent someone within an hour and brought new bedding. But there were no cleaning supplies there so they sent someone the next day to do another cleaning. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.”

“We were looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting my son who attends school nearby. The home looks virtually brand new and met our needs perfectly. It’s located within 5 minutes of all the shopping we needed. The neighborhood is under construction, but it was very quiet and peaceful during our visit. Chris, our host, was in contact regularly as our trip approached and quickly responded to any questions. ”
