“I would not recommend staying at Bermuda Sands. Our experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The property appeared old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt run-down and uninviting. Customer service was also lacking. “It's not a hotel it's a motel, with people living there, the office was closed upon our arrival so we had to walk down to another motel to get our reservations. The rooms were terrible, the sheets and bed spread were old and dingy the bathroom had rust stains everywhere the tub was stopped up, from trying to take a shower. The indoor pool was dirty, the outside pool was full of the residents that stay in the motel. I will never go back! The vending machines were not on nor working. The……

“Rooms had a smell, was only one night or we would have asked to switch rooms. Tried to check in at 2:30 and front staff on personal calls told us to come back at 3 was too early. Will not be back, to many other hotels in area.”
