“Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, towels and linen. Outside areas were clean and well cared for. This was our 4th time staying at peppertree and I haven't been disappointed either time. I love the ocean view from the condo and I love the fact that it's right on the beach. It's also very convenient to everything. The patios are a little small and the upstairs air conditioner was dripping down on ours but not a big deal. We just love Pepper Tree by the Sea. Hope to stay there……

“For the price it is what you pay for. We went with this hotel due to it being on the beach and pet friendly. However walking into the studio we booked, I did feel the need to wipe down tables and lay down disposable sheets (I bring on trips in case). There were stains on the table (kitchen and coffee table) and a cigarette burn on one of the cushions on the single chair, dispute the hotel being smoke-free. We were expecting a balcony, but he just had a big sliding window with no outside access……

“Sarah, the owner of this unit had some of the best communication skills that I've ever seen with a Vrbo! She was on top of things from start to finish and helps with some issues that we had that were out of everyone's control! We very much appreciated her and the place was very nice and clean! It was also very nice that she kept us posted when the condo was ready early and we had the ability to check in early! That was extremely helpful to us! We would absolutely rent this unit again!”
