“This property is well in The Villages is Disney World for adults. Everyday is a Saturday there's more to do than what you can imagine. This property doesn't fall short of the same category. It was clean very nice and had all the amenities close by. I would stay there again.”

“We had psuedo family reunion here and it was a good time had by all. Didn't really even leave the place. People came to see us! The pool was great and our primary hangout. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were provided for our large group, as we maxed out the place. Communication with the host was good as well. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit, likely next year, as we make this trip pretty much annually to see my wife's favorite uncle.”

“This property was just perfect for our 5-day / 4-night stay. First, the check-in and check-out communications couldn't have been better, clear and concise. The home itself was fresh, roomy, and perfect for us and our golden retriever. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks while our girl Jessie played in the fenced yard. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit...

We are in close proximity to family that lives in Inverness and this trip more family members stayed with us, and we all had an amazing time. “Our Grandchildren call our summer rentals in Florida "The Fishin House" because we always rent a house on a lake with a pool... This house is one of if not the best yet... We caught fish off the dock, went for boat rides, and swam in the pool near constantly... It's close enough to do an Orlando day trip which we did... Kimberly was awesome about communication. “Pool was not adequately heated, pump was not working when we arrived. Overall cleaning was not professionally done as we are charged for. Water bottle left beside bed, rugs in dining room are stained, one toilet seat was very loose ( I tightened it and have pictures). Third rental we have had with Vrbo, others were oustanding. Representative was also hard to reach.pictures).”

“It's a lovely home and in a very quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning worked beautifully but there were fans in every room just in case. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were laid out nicely. It would have been nice if the downstairs bedroom had somewhere to hang clothes besides with the water heater in the bathroom closet.
