I've never seen a more filthy and poorly run property. The desk attendant was the only one there, and he was swamped with people trying to check in, buy things at the convenience store, etc. There seemed to be no cleaning whatsoever in any of the public spaces, the floors were unswept, the trash cans overflowing with food garbage, the halls smelled of smoke and harsh chemicals to cover smoke smell. The room was worse with the smell of amonia, second hand smoke and artificial air freshener so potent we walked out and had to find another hotel.

The room was disgusting. Hair on the sheets, dust and hair on the walls, cigarette burns on the tub (we were in a NON smoking room), holes in the walls, sticky carpet.

I called before we went my kids were on spring break and asked did they have a working pool they said yes but when we get there the pool is freezing cold no kids are in the pool they tell me that it's not a heated pool and they couldn't do anything about it so kind of wasted my time at this place because the pool was not available for the children but other than that it was an Irish place

The lighting didnt work, one of the lights stayed on all night and flickered. There wasn't a stopper for the tub. For a room with 5 people, there were 4 towels, when asked to provide more, we were told "well get them in a minute", so my husband got us more. The indoor pool was freezing cold and filthy with things (not people) swimming in it. There was an awful odor, and for a smoke free environment, there was a lot of Marijuana smell in the hall ways.

I would not return to this property. The second floor corridor smelled like pot. I asked the front desk to replace a burned out light bulb and that never happened. Trash all around the main entrance and around elevators. Only one elevator was working during our stay. No ice machine was installed on the second floor. I had to goto the first floor for ice. The lavatory did not have any water pressure. The continental breakfast could have been better. I wanted cereal and they did not have any milk. The king size bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Only 3 small pillows for 2 people on king size bed. Could not understand the man at the front desk when we checked in. Not a lot of room to negotiate the toilet with the bathroom door. The office desk chair armrest in the room were about to fall off. This is the worst 3 star rated hotel ever. I would give it a 1 star.

The couch had stains all over it. The pillows were tiny little throw pillows, the bed was hard, our mattress was all stained. The bathroom light only worked half the time and the fan was loud. There was broken glass all over the parking lot. Also the indoor pool was closed. This was one of the only reasons we choose this hotel. There was hair all in the sink and the water pressure in the sink was awfuI. I do not recommend.

I booked a 6 night stay there. Since day one I've been having issues the hallway and the room had a funny smell. The linen on the bed did not smell fresh. The bathroom light was very dim and the walls around the shower was peeling. I seen a mouse on the first floor. The last 2 days I was there the TV wasn't working. The breakfast is horrible. And the hotel is outdated. I would not recommend this place to no one.

I did not know I had to have $100 held for check in after the room was paid for. Was told I would lose the room and my money if I didnt pay it. Got to the room and it was a handicap room with a broken toliet. They did change my room. Second room did not have a shower curtain and the shower head had a leak. Went to get breakfast and the ham had hair in it, ruined my meal.

Found old food wrappers in the room. Bathroom tub had a hole in it that had been covered with bath mat. Fridge and microwave were outdated and we had to kill an unknown bug in our room during our stay. Not the cleaniest but okay for just 1 night over night stay.

Paul was not operational even though I had called to verify the indoor heated pool would be working and that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel so we were completely bombed. It was not operational. Also, one of our beds was broke and had a slight curve in it but at that point, we just stayed anyways and made the most of the room.

The only thing I had a problem with is the breakfast area was very messy and when staff was informed no one came to clean it for a while. Also that same situation whoever was cooking food did not want to replenish the food and there was still almost 40mins left to breakfast.

Service terrible no one seem interested in helping with concerns. TV remote didn't work for the set in the bedroom. AC didn't work just cool air not cold nights was miserable. Roaches and ants all over. Sink had to practically had to drizzle out because turning it on in invited a shower with water spraying everywhere. Couldn't get another room just endured until we left and had to shake off all clothes and bags as not to take back bugs.

Fix the Hot tub!
It was a nice stay, only issue was the hot tub/jacuzzi not working. $500+ for two days is rather steep for no hot tub.

Checked in around 9:30pm. I walked off the elevator to my room and was greeted with a strong smell of pot on the entire floor. Got to my room and the smell of cigarettes was so strong I had to check if it was in fact a non-smoking room. I managed to last about an hour when my throat hurt and I was ill before calling the desk. The nice man working put me in another room. I arrived to that room and it was better than the first, but definitely still smelled like smoke. I cranked the AC and slept in my clothes because I didn’t trust anything to be clean in the entire building. Corners of the bathroom were dirty, the toilet was urine-stained and the bathroom itself was dark and dingy. I woke up with bloodshot eyes from the smoke (hopefully that’s all it was) and all in all, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Horrible horrible experience, though it was only $100 and I suppose you get what you pay for. I’m now having to wash everything I brought with me to get the smoke smell out of it all.

Needs a major upgrade
I did not have a good experience here. Walked up the desk and the receptionist didn’t say 10 words during check in. Went to the room and you could smell weed all the way down the hall. Entered the room and it hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets were dirty and he counters were nasty. Called downstairs and they did switch rooms. The second room was much better. The only gripe there was the heater sounded like a dishwasher all night long. Pretty disappointing trip.

My experience at the quality suite was terrible. I had to change my room 3 times the first room was infested with roaches and had a strong urine smell, the second room had no running water and the last room had unclean sheets. The hotel had barely any clean towel and below average customer service very few associates actually tried to offer help. The breakfast was DISGUSTING!!!!!! Would NEVER recommend or stay again if I wasn’t travel out of town and didn’t want to sleep in my car I would’ve checked out as soon as I checked in.

Since I called before to ensure that their Gym and pool was open, I was hoping that the hotel was somewhat as described in the description, but no this place here was the poorest of all of the places that I have booked since being a member. There was no equipment in the gym. The carpets were “filthy “, disgustingly dirty and the halls had a strong smell of smoke, yet this was a nonsmoking hotel. There was no servicing of the room, my bed was not made, we had to dump out own garbage, go for towels and toilet paper when needed during out stay. Since we were on the third floor this was inconvenient and a lack of service, “Hello” were we the guest. Did mention that we paid for a seven night stay when we checked in, yet we were locked out of our room every other day. Do not stay here it was not as described in the description and a dump.

When we checked, and the computers were down, could not check in, then were told wait I think the computers are a couple minutes later and then we could check in. The room smelled and was dirty. One of the beds had a blanket the other bed did not pay 20 extra dollars and go somewhere else.

Absolutely filthy and disgusting. I had to switch rooms because my bathroom was leaking and there was mold in it! The place is an absolute mess. My initial room had a clear smoke free” sign on it and the smell of cigarettes inside was as if someone had literally lit one in that moment, along with the rest of the hallway. There was only one person at the front desk, who was very nice, however is unacceptable to be so understaffed.

The front desk check in rep was rude on two occasions. There were no pillows available for my room. Staff stated there were no more pillows on the property. There were spots that looked like blood on my bed sheet. There was a cockroach on the elevator, have picture. I would never stay at this property again.
