A convenient spot and a reasonable place to stay. Parking is plentiful and it's easy to get around to just about everywhere in the area. Only complaint is the poor WiFi signal in the rooms.

My stay was excellent, had a great sleep after my fishing tournament and nobody bothered me. If I had one complaint, I would say that the lighting in room could be better but was perfect for sleeping. Room would ve well lit woth blinds open but I just like having my privacy so I kept closed. Everything else was excellent, will stay here again.

Our room was pretty clean, however it did smell really bad, like a wet dog. And the wall paper was peeling in some spots. It was also really hot at night even with the air conditioner on. Overall though it was a good stay, breakfast wasn’t too bad (eggs were dry and rubbery) but other than that, it was worth the price

The rooms are ok, but we reserved a room for 3 people and only had 2 towels, 1 face cloth and 1 of each soap and shampoo. I called the front desk 3 times within 30 minutes and no answer. I had to go to the front desk and get towels and other toiletteries for an extra person. The coffee machine in the room was missing the coffee tray, so we couldn't have a morning coffee and there was only 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee available in the room anyways!

Excellent value of money. Reception/front desk staff very helpful, personable and professional. Noise could be heard from the room next to us due to the connecting doors making sound proofing difficult at best.

Average property. On a busy road. 2 miles or so away from dining. Hotel is dated. Musty smell in room. Room didn’t have blackout drapes.( discount store curtains) Bed was surprisingly ok. For the price you won’t get much more.

Did not like peeling wallpaper in room, running toilet water, small bottle of shampoo enough for one person no conditioner. Analogue tv watching a hockey game could not see the puck. Hot water has no regulator. Breakfast has no protein / sausage or bacon and no fruits or yogurts. First room had a terrible smoke smell had to change rooms. For $183 I’d expect better.

Great hotel. Allows pets, brought our dog and there’s a great dog park by the lake just a 6 minute drive from this hotel! Clean, great staff, would stay again!

There was an ant infestation in my room. One of the beds sheets was not changed, and the bed I slept in had some pretty bad stains on the sheets. It was a cheap room, you get what you pay for I guess.

The sheets were full of body hair and pillow cases were stained with orange crust. We left after an hour because we were afraid to get bed bugs. Would like money back. We booked elsewhere.

I asked for a quiet room . My room was on the bottom floor . There was a huge smokers ashtray directly out side my window. I asked for it to moved away from my window to the end of the building. Lots of room to stand and socialize no problem. It was moved 3 feet! I needed quiet to sleep as I was working all weekend. Don’t waste your money or time . My bed was rock hard and my room had ants. If you don’t get to breakfast early enough, expect no fill ups . Very nice staff . Poorly run.

I found the rooms to be quite unclean. There was a fair amount of dust behind the microwave on top of the fridge, and there was some sort of liquid spill down the side of the fridge. The edges of the bathroom sink were dirty as well as the tap. The room hadn’t been vacuumed, and I found a random pill on the floor when we entered the room. After 4 or 5 days being there, I asked if we could switch rooms because we had had two bad sleeps in a row because of the noise. There were dogs on one side of our room, and a dog across the hall from us who barked every time anybody walked by. When I asked the manager, she immediately told me that she had to see the room right away. When we got there she told me that it smelled like smoke ( it didn’t at all) neither my husband or I smoke and the room was fairly clean at that point, because I had cleaned it myself. The manager was extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help. They were out of towels, most of the time that I asked when the housekeeper came by in the morning… so I would have to walk down to the front desk later on and pick some up most days. The rest of the staff was pleasant. But the manager definitely needs a lesson in customer service. I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it
