“The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.”

“The people who work there were amazing the pool is great super super nice staff they gave us some extra towels amd pillows cuz a friend stopped by for the night....HIGHLY RECOMMEND. SIDE NOTE THE DIM BATHROOM LIGHT AT NIGHT WHICH IS A SECOND SWITCH ON THE WALL IS THE BEST. Keep up the good work guys and gals your doing a great job.”

“Think they did the best they could with an older building. Could use a few inexpensive improvements ie: Kleenex, clock radio, extra mirror on wall, toaster oven, phone for wake up, shelves in shower.”

“Staff was delightful. Room was dirty, tv didn’t have a remote, no coffee in the room, pool was not lit for evening swimming. Rowdy kids, made swimming for us not safe. Parking and location were very convenient.”

“We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. The sink immediately clogged in it but after we requested a plunger, we got it working. The pictures are not accurate. The building, furniture, and fixtures are……

“this location closed to everything even city Savannah.Tybee island is wonderful island to enjoy the sun and ocean beach and seafood.the ppl in island are very nice .hope you enjoy the Tybee and Savannah!”

“The hotel staff were in line for coffee and we had to wait for quite some time to get coffee with breakfast. The conditioner bottle had shampoo or body soap in it. The front desk staff were helpful and nice.”

“We stayed for 3 nights and our overall experience was good. Liked the private beach, well maintained pool and lot of great amenities. However, we didn’t like one thing - our room was not cleaned the second day and no towels were changed even though we asked the cleaning lady multiple times. Called the front desk in the evening and they also didn’t help much when I asked that at-least send someone to empty the trash bins and give fresh set of towels. The concierge person was on leave and there……

“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come……
