Cons: Check the doors mine was kind of hard to open and close and it looked like pet hair was in the tub/shower area ...pets and their owners should be on
Location: Lots of food stores in area
Our experience was good the front desks ladies were very helpful

Hotel switch

Posted Sep 14, 2017
I was staying at a cheap hotel, not far from Spring Hill Suites. It was one of those where the room doors face the parking lot. The constant noise I kept hearing during my first and second nights was disturbing. On my third night Back to the room after dinner, I saw what the noise was all about. The room next to mine was being used to sell drugs! Tons of people going in and out of that room! I panicked and switched hotels to Spring Hill Suites because I had stayed there before and I felt safe there.

NICE

Posted Sep 13, 2017
Pros: Immaculate and roomy.
Cons: GENERATOR IS NEEDED IN ANY BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT - ESPECIALLY THE MARRIOTT.
Location: Great location. Accessible to many activities and restaurants.
The hotel is great. However, they do not have a generator. They really need to look into that investment to make sure that when the power goes out, the elevator will still be working, their guests will be comfortable with continued air circulation and normal operations will not cease. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

I thank you for the kind words, and I am delighted your enjoyed your stay. With respect to the generator issue, which although we had no power issues, I do see it is important to you, I am sorry to disappoint you but in my more than 40 years of management in the industry, I have never heard of a hotel that has a stand by power plant, that would maintain complete power as you describe. Because street water pressure is offset by gravity, building codes require buildings 7 floors and higher, to provide a generator. The size of a small car, this generator is required to provide power for the sprinkler system water pump and emergency lighting in public areas only (corridors, stairwells, lobby); no AC and no elevators which by code must return to first floor for the time of the emergency. What you describe, is a huge stand-by power plant, akin to what one would encounters in a hospital environment and which is so costly that in part explains the reason hospital stays are exorbitantly costly.

Hotel facilities were nice. Great breakfast and kitchen staff. Wasn't impressed with front desk staff as I was with the people preparing the food. Rooms were lovely and very comfortable I.hada situation where I had to leave early and the hotel refunded my unused time without a fuss so that was also a plus which went into making my stay there a quite pleasurable experience

It's almost like you are driving into a neighborhood. Good parking, even for moving trucks. Nice facilities. Good variety at breakfast.

NIce hotel

One lady was very rude over the phone when i called to ask for directions. The fridge was dirty and the little note pad beside the bed had some information of the previous guest, so I assume that room was not properly cleaned or checked before my arrive.
