“Very nice location. Kids enjoyed swimming in the very calm and clear river. Amazing redwood trees on the property. Wonderful sound of a small babbling creek running along side the property. Very nice kitchen remodel. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Excellent views and location. It was larger than expected based on the photos. Ideally situated in Mendocino. The whole town is walkable from here. A short walk to the steps (behind the church) to the beach. Excellent restaurants nearby (Trillium! GoodLife!). Walking distance to the grocery store and health food store. Short drive to beautiful hikes (Russian Gulch State Park) and kayaking. Highly recommend.”
