“I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……

“Horrendous experience, completely deceived by a misrepresented property where two properties are combined under one name. If you end up at "The Inn" you have basically opted to pay for the worst property in Temecula at 4 star hotel rates. The manager refuses to talk to both me and Expedia about this ridiculous misrepresentation. The Inn is a truly disgusting property - dirty, old, far from everything, cheap garbage mattress, incredibly ugly, poorly ventilated, and inconvenient. I cannot say……

“Location, location! This hotel is about 10 minutes from the national park which was awesome! It was clean and refreshed. There was a strange noise in our room which was disconcerting for me. There were a couple of chairs outside the front of the room which was nice. Parking was a breeze in front of the hotel. We never saw any staff members because we arrived after 6. There is a nice little café a short walk away. We all loved our meals and ice cream.”

“The stone walls and tile floors were really unique and we felt like we were taken away to an ancient castle. The decor and lighting were also beautifully executed. The property itself was full of greenery and surrounding mountains The restaurant looked very romantic and everything had a consistently moody atmosphere that was very welcoming . One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at so far . Highly recommend.”

“First there was no such thing as private path to a white sandy beach. Not sure how that even ended up in the description. There’s a river with no shore. No AC and it was very hot that evening. They brought in a tiny fan to put in the window to help but it didn’t come close. Leaving the window open for air allowed us to hear the trains horns as they came screaming by around 3 AM in the morning and at least every hour if not two till we finally got up to leave around 7am. Couldn’t stay asleep with……
