“Perfect for a large group consisting of multiple couples. We had a group of 5 couples that fit comfortably in the space. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (1 room was the game room and has a twin trundle) and an ADU in the back that has 2 rooms and its own kitchen/living area. The beds in the ADU were a little uncomfortable but it worked fine. Overall, we had a great time with friends and would recommend to anyone needing a large space to stay. ”

“I reserved this house for several weeks in Concord because my son and some of his friends are involved in a drum corps that practices over the summer. The home is conveniently located close to the practice field. It is clean and had a washer/dryer that came in very handy. It was warm and the house does not have A/C, but we brought extra fans and it was fine. The property owner is very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. There are several grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joe’s,……
