Wonderful Experience
Our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a successful stay at his condominium. Greg immediately answered any questions we may have had and contacted us several times to make sure things were going well. He also suggested several interesting local sites and Pubs. The condominium unit is well equipped and very luxurious with plenty of parking at the door. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Lovely spot
The unit makes a wonderful base for local land or water adventures. It is a bright, beautifully furnished and equipped unit, with lovely views and ample space for a family or 2 couples. The pool and hottub are well maintained, right on the water, and together with the landscaping, BBQ area and dock, make the waterfront a great place to spend time and enjoy the beauty of the area.

Total relaxation
This is the 3rd time at the resort and 2nd time at this property. The unit is very well kept and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make almost any meal. The beds are all very comfortable and the new A/C is a very nice addition to the unit. Nice quiet relaxing condo with a nice balcony with a resident frog in the planter and view of the ocean. This is the first time using the pool and we definitely missed out the last two times. It was nice and warm and lots of fun with our 17 month old grandson. I can’t wait for our next stay in this beautiful condo.

Great stay
We have been at this property the last two years in March. Very comfortable, very, very quiet and relaxing for a vacation. The downside of the quiet is - it is 15 km from Ladysmith or Nanaimo. The property is well-maintained, unfortunately there is no washer and dryer in each unit . There is however, a coin operated Laundromat on site.

In the lap of luxury!
My daughter and I had a marvellous 3 days at the condo. Peggy’s instructions for the road and check in were clear and easy to follow The unit was impeccable, clean, airy with a nice view of the sea. The beds, linen, comforters, everything was high quality and cloud like. The living room was inviting and we spend many hours lounging around, without much plans too do anything more but rest and enjoy. My favourite space was the exceptionally well appointed kitchen with all top of the line appliances, pots and pan in stainless and all the gadgets you might desire. The Tv screen was huge and the Wi-Fi strong Final touch: 2 vases of huge pink and white lilies.

The property is located off the beaten path, which is nice if you are looking for a place to unwind. It is located right near the ocean with gorgeous views. The resort where this condo is located is older but well maintained.

Great Condo in a very nice location!
We rented both units to make it a two bedroom rental and it was a great size for the 4 of us. We really liked the location being right on the water and got to use the hot tub in our short two night stay. The condo was well equipped with what you would need but there was a couple items to note. 1 the internet can only handle about two devices at a time so if you have more than 2 devices some people cannot access the internet. The TV also runs off the internet so that is probably taking up some of the connections. 2. They do want you to do some laundry before you leave which is not ideal especially when paying for a cleaning fee already and being on vacation with people checking out at various times to catch a ferry or to do more exploring of the area so we had to stay back for about 45mins just to get the bedding and towels mostly done. It's not a huge deal however an inconvenience especially when paying for cleaning. Overall a great place to stay and would still highly recommend as I believe the items I mentioned could be easily rectified if they chose.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I got to the property and it was not Covid cleaned it was not sanitize the garbage was not taken out the bed was not made. Upon telling the owner of the property that it wasn’t cleaned she offered me a refund and then went back on her word. I told her I was going to go home. She called me names she harassed me and she called me a liar. She has continued to phone me text me and email me being rude and not allowing me a refund. She then wanted me to wait an extra day while she cleaned it and wanted me to come back. I booked over a month ago I tried to change the dates I even tried to cancel it and they had 48 hours to get back to me she did not get back to me. Went 30 days past and I tried to cancel it again she contacted me finally and said I can’t cancel. Do not stay here.

Disgusting floors
This condo needs an update inside and the floors upon arrival where so dirty I actually had to mop and vacuum. From cereal, hairs and sticky spilled drinks. I couldn’t believe they can charge for the cleaning fee when I had to clean myself. It really took away from having a relaxing stay. And the owner wanted me to meet with her cleaner to point out how it wasn’t clean!!! Some people
