We arrived and it was down hill from the start. I used to love grand cayman but after this trip I will NEVER stay here again. I paid 5 figures for 4 nights of horrible room service, burnt food, the bed broke while we were changing our daughter and the pole on top swings down like a pendulum, Only to find out it was missing the screws that it was supposed to have.
When going to the beach be ready to wait for someone to help you. I ended up getting our own towels and setting up our own chairs.
We tried St.June, it was ok but overpriced for the quality. While some staff were amenable and kind but most seemed entitled like you owed them something. I’ve been all over the world and have never left such a review as this.
Everything is a upcharge, very disappointed in the property.

This was our first stay at a Ritz Carlton and the staff and service was exceptional! We booked an ocean view room and it was definitely worth it and good to be close to the beach (some rooms are on other side of resort and a bit of a trek). The beach is great (go out early and reserve good chairs). Restaurants were adequate. Interior of hotel and rooms were redone sometime fairly recent and decor was great.

I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton twice and it is nothing but an extraordinary experience. I have already booked my trip back to the Caymans in 2024 and plan on staying once again at the Ritz.

This is our second visit to this Ritz and I would not go back. Service was really not up to par! Especially outside near pool and ocean. Very understaffed. The staff did not clean up as the day went on so there was a pile of trash on our table and surrounding tables. The service at the pool bar was excellent as well as Seven for brunch. Our room had a giant stain on the carpet. Room 329. I just remembered it being an exceptional guest experience on our prior visit, and this was not.

Amazing stay. Staff were super nice, and the resort had beautiful lounge/restaurant interiors and exteriors. Saint June and room service had amazing food. The service was exceptional, definitely worth the luxury price tag. Will definitely come back or look into staying at other ritz carlton resorts.

We stayed here last week on our short trip to Grand Cayman. Lovely property, staff is amazing, they really do go above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable. Highly recommended, would definitely return.

It was excessively expensive including the exchange rate where it was 1.2 usd to 1 kyd everywhere around the island except at the Ritz where it was 1.25:1. We ate at different restaurants and hotels around the island only here was this exchange rate.
I will rethink next time staying at the Ritz Carlton.
Everything about this resort is outstanding. The level of service and friendliness that f the ENTIRE staff is unmatched.

We have stayed all over the Caribbean and the staff here is the best we have encountered. The food inside the hotel is fantastic by any standards. The hotel is run at a level that is rarely found these days. Last summer we spent a week at the Ritz Reserve property in Dorado and this stay may have been better.

The staff was amazing each and every day! At the beach, at restaurants, housekeeping, door greeters, front desk, in room dining, everyone you pasted by...makes a huge difference when staff is kind, helpful and smiling!

I didn't like the lack of signage showing where everything was on the property. The concierge gave us a QR code, but I want a paper map. There was a private event outside our room at the pool on the night before we were checking out early. We were not thrilled with the loud music until 10 pm. The staff was exceptional, and an overall wonderful experience otherwise.
