“The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.”

“Annie created a beautiful space in her townhouse. Very comfortable beds and bedding, everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere. Immaculate! The many steps were fine for us. Great to have that rooftop space overlooking Green Lake and Olympic mountains. ”

“No complaints! This was perfect for a few nights in Seattle prior to a cruise. We rented a car to go back and forth to downtown as it’s about 15 min away. It was cheaper to rent a car than get an Uber each time for 4 people. The host was excellent at communicating and the house was clean. One floor living once up a flight of stairs. ”

“The house was in a great location. Parking was a bit of a challenge since we had two cars and only spot. But we were glad to have the one spot. The location was great -- everything you need is close. We were able to get downtown on 99 easily and to other locations because it's close to I5. The management company was super responsive and easy to work with. The neighbor could probably chill a little bit. We were four old people and she seemed to be monitoring our movements pretty closely. Odd--...

“Great location in Wallingford. Not really walkable but great short drive access to everything.Appreciated the white noise machines in all of the rooms, pack and play and toys for kids! Also appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom. House was super clean!Thanks for a great stay!”
