“ The cottage is exactly as pictured and is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom has plenty of towels and basic toiletries. The location is great - very close to beautiful Carkeek Park and bustling Greenwood, and there is a QFC grocery store and a strip mall within walking distance. Check in was a breeze and the host provided all the information we needed well in advance. ”

“Quiet location, easy parking in driveway. Very well stocked kitchen, although we had no need to cooking on this particular trip. Bedroom a bit cramped with the comfy king bed, but the size of bed was more important for us than being able to move around a lot. Bathroom roomy, nice to have washer and dryer handy. Contact info for hosts was at hand - they make themselves very available should a need arise. Would definitely stay at this property again.”

“We booked this basement apartment for family members to stay in while visiting us. It was very clean and a nice place to relax in after spending the days sightseeing. We liked that it was only a few blocks from us in Maple Leaf and within walking to coffee shops or the yoga studio in the morning and a short drive to downtown and North Seattle neighborhoods. The owner was communicative, and we didn’t have any issues during the stay. Overall I would highly recommend if you’re visiting the Seattle……

“Easy street parking in front of the townhouse.”

“I must say this was one of our best places to stay through these past years. The check-in was smooth and easy, The location for us was great and if you know this area in Seattle the parking was awesome. 10 stars for the parking. Who wants to have a nice place to stay and spend 20 min looking for a parking space. We slept well and the road noise was minimal, the bed and couch were comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked with everything you would need.Lane communicated with us throughout……

“The location was beautiful. The studio was lovely a great space. But I was a little disappointed on how the bathroom smelled like mildew and I had to keep the air vent fan on the entire stay as well as the washer had the most disgusting odor. There’s no windows that could be opened, so when we were cooking breakfast, I had to leave the front door open. There also were a few large dead spiders in the corners. There was no garbage bags, no sponge to wipe the dishes before putting them in the……
