Reasonable Rate But Don't Forget Something

Pros: Not a whole lot.
Cons: Staff Response, I told the front desk clerk that if management didn't call me back after making a third call back request I would reflect in a review.
Left hotel and made 4 hour drive home. Realized the minute we got home that we had forgot a tablet charger in the room. Wife immediately called the front desk but the employee would not go check to the room for the charger, which was about 30 feet from the front desk. Employee said he would check in a bit and would call back shortly (couple of hours) but no call. My wife called 3 hours later and they still hadn't checked the room. Desk clerk said no one but the room cleaner had been in the room and that no guest had occupied the room since we left. Wife requested that they check the room now and said our son would come by to pick up the charger as he lived close by. Clerk then went to check the room and said no charger. I requested to speak to management but was told one was not available. I called back this morning when the manager was supposed to be there and again, not available. Left 2 more requests for a call back but nothing. Long story short, over a 24 hour period I left 3 requests to speak to management but never got a call back as requested. I'll tolerate a dog barking for 20 minutes and some guy talking loudly at the front desk while I'm trying to rest. What I won't excuse is an employee taking something that doesn't belong to them. There is no question, as I told the front desk clerk that the charger was left in the room. To my wife and I it is obvious that if you leave something in your room that an employee takes a liking to, they will make it theirs. Beware!

Hotel is nice and affordable. Room was clean and comfortable. I like the location as it is convenient to I25 and Paseo del Norte. My room was poolside and there were no noise issues. My only small complaint was with the breakfast. Mix in some protein! It's a free breakfast, so I can't complain too much. I just would have liked some scrambled eggs.

Air conditioning did not work well. Very hot. Trim around bathroom door was falling off.

Comfortable stay

Do not like breakfast, all carbs and cannot eat The thing is they had for the breakfast menu. Overall state was OK

Not clean

Not a very clean hotel and they had bed bugs!

I think for the price and what you get is a little too much. Otherwise it was ok.
