Bathroom only had 1 towel for the shower. We asked for two more and received only 1. Place was nice and cozy but way too noisy. Staff was friendly. We used the parking lot for our rental. We would stay here again.

Good hotel with super helpful staff. A good option in San Pedro Sula. Centrally located. The facilities need to be renovated.

Tired after a long flight, as I walked in the room was hot and not smelling welcoming! Asked for towels because they were not visible and the gentleman at the front desk just said, did you look for them throughly? because the guest always call and the towels are in a not so visible place, after all I got them, receptionist at the check out was great.
