Night front desk was not a people person and shouldnt be working the front desk. The property was very clean. The breakfast need a better quality of food. Sausage was cheap and nasty. The waffle batter was runny. The utensil was so cheap they didn't cut the food. We tore it apart with force.

We were impressed by the front desk agent’s efficiency at check in. He had everything ready for us. He even had a bathtub faucet handy to demo how to operate the shower! That saved so much potential trouble! Room and amenities were good. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast attendant looked after every need.

Staff are amazing! Breakfast was above par. It needs updating and some new pillows, but for the most part this was a great place to stay!

My room smelled like Mildew. They had evidently cleaned the carpet in there and it smelled like they didn’t suck all the water out. Musty. I was too busy and tired to change rooms…

I didn’t like anything about this property. I knew I should have walked away before staying. It smelled like they were smoking weed. There was chips in the floor in the closet in my room 225. Plus the room smelled like mold and was damp in the room .

If you like hair that’s not your on your sheets this is the place for u. It was not worth $181 a night. Other places around were way less and are way better quality.

Ok - will stay in new Hampton Inn next time
There is a mold problem here and you can smell it the minute you walk in the room. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a dehumidifier but our other rooms smelled awful. As local Floridians we know this is an issue everywhere, but it is out of control here. Desk staff was meh-we told one staff member about possible blood at the pool and she made us point out where in the video and then told us other people that just left pool did not complain. No one came to even look at the issue. The breakfast is plentiful with eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, waffles.

Had a issue at a different Hotel, they got me a room for my family and went above and beyond, the staff were great and friendly couldn’t ask for anything better.
