I waited almost 10 minutes before someone at the front desk to finally appear to check me in. I even called the hotel and could hear the phone ringing 3 ft from me and never answered.

Very clean and staff wonderful. However, the mattresses in our 2 bedroom king suite were very uncomfortable and worn out. Pillows too soft without any neck support. Time to upgrade or change those out. Offer a firm and soft choice of pillows. The mattresses though? Buy some better replacements.

The property is nice, and for the most part is clean. It is a bit dated and some areas need some serious updates. The area around the hotel is not very conducive to restaurants or walking around.

The staff was very helpful. The room was excellent. It was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was beautiful, well stocked, and clean. I would definitely go back again!

Great hotel! Was staying here out of town for a wedding. There was a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue. Front desk Syed was nice and helpful! Enjoyed our stay!

The room was smelly and filthy. The door didn’t lock properly. But most of all, someone deliberately keyed my car in the parking lot and the manager said there was no camera recording…! The only camera they had was for the main entrance. So whatever happens in the parking lots, no one will notice And it’s your own risks.

At check-in front was unable to locate my reservation. Called Hotels.com to have it emailed to him. Finally, after about 20 min my reservation was confirmed. However, my cc was charged 2 additional times for reservations that were not mine. Called Hotels.com and was told they didn't make the charges. Called my cc CS dept to ensure my card hadn't been compromised. My cc CS confirmed the charges but said they had been reverse. Finally, I was very surprised that the breakfast had no bacon, sausage, nor fruits. They only had powered eggs, biscuits, and cream. There was no orange juices. Much less serving than what Homewood has provided in the past.

Business travel staple stay.
Homewood Suites by Hilton is my go-to hotel. Only once over the years did I have an issue and it was corrected immediately. I usually travel with multiple employees, all get our own room, and everyone always loves the place. Good breakfast too!

The property is ok….it was clean but it was the little things. The phone wasn’t plugged in so I had to search for that plug. No cups in the bathroom. I only stayed 2 nights so I didn’t have the room cleaned - that was my choice.
