4/5 Good
Very basic hotel. Clean, but needs refurbishment.
"Hotel feels very old and the rooms definitely need some refurbishment works/ upgrading. The room looks a lot better on photos than in actual.
The bath mat really should go because it is made of many tiny rubbery / plastic spikes that have broken and they hurt our feet.
Service staff were polite and helpful, but they were not aware of our booking which was paid when we arrived late at night. They dont seem familiar with the system and spent quite awhile seaching for our booking.
Breakfast was ok and we are happy with the food. Overall this is a very basic hotel that feels a little too run down for the price we paid.
We do however appreciate the space as the room was huge."
