“I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this hotel owner. We paid $2,700 for what was clearly sold to us as a 3-day tour, but after payment it was suddenly reduced to only 2 days with no proper explanation or refund. To make matters worse, we were left at the airport without any transportation arranged, despite this being part of what was discussed. “O pessoal do hotel é maravilhoso, me ajudou em vários temos que eram fora do escopo da minha estadia no hotel. “I arrived from the airport to the hotel at 3AM! They had a room ready for me but the lights were off the shower didn’t have water and the air conditioning wasn’t working because. Of a power outage! “The last review of this property was over two years ago, and I’m not sure where the photos were taken from. Dark, damp and mouldy facilities. Bucket and mop in shower and no toilet paper. I had to leave within the first hour of arriving. There was no mention that this place is a public place for turtles, and there were strangers sitting at your front door. Just did not feel well with the odour in the room. I just hope the turtles have better accommodations.”
