“Sehr freundliche Gastgeber ! Kühlschrank war schon gefüllt mit Wasser und Marmelade und Honig. Kaffeekapseln waren auch schon da. Küche hervorragend ausgestattet sogar mit Induktionsplatte. Schlafzimmer sehr bequem. Man konnte hervorragend schlafen. Kleine Terrasse vor der Tür mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Man kann sagen wir haben selten so freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber erlebt wie hier. ”

From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was warm and attentive, but the true highlight was receiving an unexpected complimentary upgrade to an even more luxurious room. Opening the curtains to the majestic, breathtaking view of the Matterhorn left us utterly spellbound—a serene, soul-stirring sight that made our mornings unforgettable. Every single detail of the experience was pure bliss, and as we checked out, we had already decided that we will undoubtedly return to Zermatt and stay at this remarkable hotel again."
