“nice staff and very helpful, good breakfast provided, good experience. Not many options to choose for meal near the hotel.”

“The bathroom was lovely and great toilet paper quality and towels, nice toiletries too. Nice tea tray and bed was comfy. However there was a gaping hole filled with cobwebbed pipes and the view out of the window was over bins. The room was cold but a portable heater was provided and sufficient. Dinner was great, the food was of an acceptable quality but the star of the show was the staff that served dinner. They were not intrusive, but were so helpful, a great steady pace of service. “The room was clean and warm, as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable. The springs made noise and pressed into my back whenever I moved.”

Effectively giving us no food options we had to order pizza as we are unfamiliar with the area and there was nothing within walking distance.”
