We were then told to park in a public car park several streets away at a cost. This is not mentioned on the website. The room was fine, the shower room very small. The kettle would not fit under the tap in the sink. The bed was very comfortable. The evening meal was very bland, little or no seasoning. The room over looked the street, which was extremely noisy until after 2am. So a very poor night’s sleep. Breakfast was average. No dairy alternatives available. Absolutely everything was wonderful. The venue itself is beautiful (I’ve actually made mental notes on the beer garden to replicate part of it at home. It was very busy and very vibrant BUT the lady behind the bar took the time to explain to me ALL SIX of the available Timothy Taylor ales in draft. The room was lovely. The bathroom was great. I slept great. Service was fantastic, everyone very friendly and the dinner was lovely. Need a note in bedroom saying where the towels are as we couldn't find them.. The decor was lovely. Large bath sheets, which was very welcome. The breakfast was limited on gluten free options. Bedroom was big and clean, with all you need provided. Breakfast was good and so was dinner.
