There are two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and another bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. It was a great setup for our family so the kids could have lots of space. "Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, da man von dort aus alles gut zu Fuß in der schönen Stadt von Sigmaringen erlaufen kann...der Schaukelweg entlang der Donau ist sehr empfehlenswert (besonders mit Kindern). Die Wohnung war sauber...man merkt, dass dies eine neue FeWo ist 🙂 ... empfehlenswert wäre, wenn im Flur ein paar Ablage- bzw. mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten vorhanden wären."

"A wonderful week in a beautiful house in the Swabian Alps. This is a really untouristy area but well worth exploring for fabulous cycle tracks, walking and lake swimming - so beautiful and on the doorstep. Also easily accessible location for Black Forest to the West and south to Lake Constance. The house is very clean and really well equipped and its owners are really lovely - helpful and kind. "The house is very well appointed with all things you need, good selection of kitchen appliances and nice to find all the kitchen extras there (salt, pepper, spices, alu foil, clingfilm, kitchen paper etc). The owner was helpful and friendly. A nice touch was the daily morning delivery by the property owner from the local bakery, with no extra cost beyond the items ordered. Views from the house over the pond and to the golf course are spectacular, with multiple walking paths to choose from."
