“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”

“Cookies, free water bottles - fresh fruit and a warm smile greeting us! Lovely! Then my name welcoming me on our room tv, and a text asking if we needed anything - a great start! ”

“The greatest hotel ever! The staff was super amazing and I will be staying again! My mom is here in the ICU and when I tell you the hotel was very informative because of the holiday they Uber’d me back in forth due to no shuttle it was truly a great week. Everyone needs a raise💗”

“Loved how clean it was and especially loved having a suite with a balcony. The tv turns off after a while and that was appreciated.”

“Very nice!! The lady working the counter accidentally transposed my room # and I couldn't open door oops someone was already in that room. Went back to counter and super accommodating, it was an honest mistake and not a problem. I was in service industry for 25 years, mistakes happen!! ”
