St. Paddy's Weekend
We enjoyed the location for bar hopping on the weekend, and watching the activity on the Boardwalk. The porch furniture could use some attention. Some chairs were completely unusable, and the screen door continuously came off the track. However, the unit was clean and spacious and gave each couple privacy.

Very nice location. Unit/Building Severely Neglected
Been staying at Belmont for 15 years. Have stayed in different units over the years, but this particular Unit 304 several times. I don't know if was sold and under new ownership??? But the unit has been severely neglected. Broken furniture (all; couch, chairs, bedframes.). Appliances not working properly. Terrible beds (Just broken down. My back ached all week.) Parking garage gate doesn't work. The security guard in the building is a nut case. Left a message on my phone threatening me for parking in the wrong spot. Complete nut case. So, after 15 years, I think I'm done here and moving to a new location. The value for what we pay is no longer!

Great Week
My husband and two kids with spouses had a great time ! 3 beds/3baths worked perfectly. Access to beach and boardwalk was easy. A little loud at night from boardwalk but worth it. Kitchen well equipped. Could use a little updating but didnt affect our stay. Thanks for the memories!

Great place in the thick of everything!
We weren't sure about spending the money to get a place right on the Boardwalk but man I'm glad we did! Waking up and being able to watch the sunrise over the ocean with a cup of coffee on the balcony was almost a spiritual experience. Being able to just walk downstairs and find yourself on the boardwalk was a great convenience as well. The only time we drove was to go to a couple restaurants up north a little and once in Western OC. The rest of the time we walked everywhere. The condo is plenty big enough to stretch out too. We had my wife and I, our daughter and her boyfriend, our son and my father who rides an electric scooter and it was tight getting it on/off the elevator but worked out just fine. We opted for the linen service as well and well worth it. The place has all the kitchen stuff you'd want and even though we were on vacation, we did cook a couple times and had everything we needed. If I were to make any suggestions, it would be to get a dining set for at least 6 (place sleeps 8 so it would make sense that most would want to eat together), get a large sectional for the living area to free up the space where the 2 arm chairs are and get rid of them and lastly, maybe get a larger tv now that they've come down in price. We loved that it was a smart TV but since some had to watch from the dining area, the screen seemed a little small for the space. :) All in all a great place that we would for sure rent again next year!

Wonderful family vaca!
Property is located just at the beginning of boardwalk so it is more calm then farther down. VERY noisy at night and beach is a decent walk away but we’d stay here again! Condo had a great assortment of pots and pans. Wish linens were included for the price. The pool is small but perfect for small kids. You CANNOT get into the garage with a rooftop cargo container so you’ll have to unload downstairs. There’s one elevator on each side and it takes forever! Location was great, the week was great, and it was one of our fav vacas so far!

Condo was impressive. Loved the location, the pool, and the parking garage. Lots of room to walk around. It was a great trip, and I would definitely stay here again. Only item that was annoying was that one of the Parking garage devices battery was dead upon arrival, and the same one died again during the stay. It might have a short in the device. Other than that, it was awesome!

The condo was very nice. The website description was accurate. No surprises.
The stay was very nice. Only caveat, was one of the garage openers did not work and the check in group did not give us the code to get into the building. Otherwise s nice stay.

Needs updates
This is a very nice condo and location is excellent, Tv are out date , one in master of from the 1980’s and one in front left bedroom didn’t work at all , the instructions to this rental is poor at best . It needs way better instructions for all uses, where to take trash and parking . Operation instructions for appliances and Tv with remotes marked . With some improvements in theses areas would make me tell others and you would have more repeat customers. We rent our property and by far this one is the worst we’ve seen in instructions. Condo is extremely nice and layout of perfect.

Awesome Getaway
The property had everything we were looking for: modern appliances, comfortable furniture, proximity to the boardwalk and the beach. We watched the sunrise from the balcony each morning. The building was quiet, the parking garage well lit. We had a wonderful restful weekend and plan to return.

Nice unit, but needs some TLC.
Always enjoy Belmont Towers; however, this unit could use some TLC. TV’s could be larger and updated; broken furniture, sliding glass door and blinds in master bedroom needs attention.

Very nice Condo in the middle of everything!
Lots of entertainment and dining within walking distance. We left our car in the garage pretty much the whole week. Parasailing, boat cruises, dining, all within a few blocks walking distance. Entertainment nightly along the Boardwalk. Our rooms were comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Many of our meals were made at our condo to eliminate costly dining out. The beach is right there in front of us. The screen door of the living room was off track and didn't work properly. I notified management and they promised to send someone to fix it. No one came the whole week we were there. I suspect it was that way the whole Summer from other reviews I read. A few things needed cleaned when the cleaning inspector came around. The master bath shower inside looked like it needed cleaned. The lock on the master patio door was frozen up. It wouldn't lock. Again, I reported it and no one came. Overall, we would stay there again sometime in the future and I would recommend it to someone else. I felt secure staying there. There is a locked door to get into the building and garage. You are given codes to get in. We enjoyed our stay!

The doors required a door company, beyond what our maintenance man could do. They did arrive and fix them but it took them a week unfortunately as they were backed up with requests. Great Beach Condo!
This condo was absolutely perfect for my family. Beautiful views of the ocean and right near all the attractions. We barely had to drive anywhere. It looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. There are 2 reasons I didn't give 5 stars. The main sliding door needs to be fixed. It was not working properly and this caused everyone to have to go through the master bedroom to get to the balcony. The other reason is I just want others to know that the parking is in a garage with a very low clearance, which caused us to have to remove our roof carrier. Not something you want to do after you have been in the car for hours. We wish someone would have informed us of this prior to our trip.

Perfect getaway
We rented the condo for a friend's 50th birthday weekend. It was 6 ladies and the place was just the right size. Plenty of room and 3 full bathrooms was great. Location looking over the boardwalk and beach was just perfect. The condo was well decorated, well maintained and would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful view and location!
This condo is one of the most wonderful places that I have ever stayed in Ocean City. The view is marvelous! We watched dolphins jumping in the ocean from the living room and deck. We could walk to all the excitement on the boardwalk, restaurants, ice cream stores, etc. and not worry about parking. I hope to stay here again.

Boardwalk vacation
The property had lots of space and was nicely decorated but we had to clean black dust off of all surfaces before we started our vacation (our socks were black after 5 minutes of walking in room, hand was dirty after wiping it across counter). When searching for a property we specifically looked for a pool and gym. My father who has severe arthritis wanted to continue his water therapy and my husband and son who are in training wanted to continue their fitness routines. This listing highlighted the pool and gym amenities. Our biggest disappointment was that the pool and work out room were closed even though all the other properties around us had theirs open. The property was nicely located on boardwalk but I suggest that you sleep with a fan to drowned out the late night noise.

Hi Stacey Thank you for taking the time to review our rental property. We are so sorry that the pool and fitness center were not open during your vacation. Due to Covid-19, the health department put out mandates that need to be strictly followed for pools. Most hotel pools were able to open sooner than condo pools. Hotels have employees on site that can disinfect all surfaces at a pool where condos do not have anyone to do this.

Disappointing
When I first arrived I had my two grandchildren. The weather was horrible but we were not going to let that stop us. I pack them up in a huge double stroller get to the elevator to find a sign that said elevator on main floor was broken!!! We got off at the next floor and I had to delicately take the stroller down the remaining steps! Not Easy!! When we came back in the rain as I was preparing to take them up the stairs. The code wasn’t working!!! The WRONG code was written on envelope!!! Grrr!!! Found a diaper and plenty of sand under couch!! Wrong remote control didn’t matter anyway no batteries!! The blinds in master bedroom BROKEN!! Carpets were filthy!!

Wonderful Stay!
This place was very clean and kitchen well-appointed. View from balcony was great and location was perfect. We could walk to many restaurants and shops on the boardwalk. A few minor suggestions - the place needs more hooks - more places to hang towels, jackets, wet clothes, etc. Also we had 6 people and dining room table only seats 4 people. We pulled a couple chairs from porch so we could all sit together.

Nice condo in nice location
I spent the week in Ocean City with my sister, my niece (15), my great-niece (7), and my nephew (20). The smack-dab location on the boards kept the older ones happy and the little one entertained enough not to be homesick for her mama. The condo had everything we needed and was clean on check in. Only complaints are minor - a broken screen door, a broken window shade, and a sofa that really needs a serious steam clean (or replacement). The building amenities were rather slim, a tiny exercise room and postage stamp sized pool, but even they were well kept and clean. I’ve already recommended it to a friend.

Great location, beautiful view, the room could have been a little cleaner.
We arrived to condo full of flies with dirty floors. Next day they brought us a can of bug spray, some sticky paper (works well) and 2 fly swatters. Had a blast swatting away the flies, had the problem mostly solved in a couple hours. The next day they sent Maria to clean the floors, did an awesome job. Rest of condo was reasonably clean, although we found left behind clothes between bed and headboards and under the bed. Pool is very small. Nice workout room. We didn’t let room condition spoil our fun, had a great time, although ocean city is sooo crowded.

The Wow Factor!
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo was very clean and right on the boardwalk! We appreciated how the owner thought of everything to make our stay feel like home! I almost hesitate in telling anyone about this wonderful condo in fears we will NEVER have the opportunity to take advantage of all it has to offer again! Parking is conveniently located close to the condo in the garage. Just a warning that the garage does not accommodate turtle luggage carriers. Not sure how the rest of Belmont Towers Condo's are but we did question how a place so large could have such a limited amount of elevators. Pack your patience on check in and check out days. No matter how crazy,once you get to this little piece of paradise you can enjoy the beautiful ocean front views it's all worth it.

beautiful, spacious condo in a great location
We rented this for a girls weekend and loved it! It's located in the perfect spot in the middle of the action at the end of the boardwalk. the layout is great with an open air feeling and huge room with large comfy beds. My mom didn't want to leave! We will definitely be booking it again!

Girls Weekend
There were 6 women ages 35 and up we had a great time the condo was clean and well supplied with pans and utensils the view is amazing and the location is great also park your car and walk everywhere loved it I want to rent it again for next year. (:
