Located in a convenient location , walking distance to beach and a couple of restaurants. Extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast had several options and was quickly restocked.

Very friendly. I loved pet friendly surroundings. Hotel did not receive my information from Expedia. However they were able to accommodate me. Only issue was my room did not get straightened up nor trash picked up.

The locks doesn’t work well with the keys and I have to go front desk to fixed and still doesn’t work until I realize was the locks the problem. I had the sign of not disturb and the housekeeping knock the door 1/2 before the check out. The front desk doesn’t looks like helpfull and the personal doesn’t care. Bad I never stay there again.

Everyone at the OC Hampton Inn was excellent in customer service and professionalism. My issue was with Hotels.com because while I made the reservation, it was never submitted to Hampton Inn. Consequently, they didn’t have my reservation in their system. If it had not been for Lana, it would have been a total disaster.

Our room was spacious, huge, and the view was amazing looking out over the bay. Breakfast was very good, but they should have done a switch instead of offering the same thing the next day. We stay here every year when the Comic Convention is happening and never have any complaints.

Nice weekend getaway
Great place to stay with a family! We only stayed 1 night, but it was close to everything in ocean city, they had free breakfast and the pool/spa area was super clean and fun! The only issue we had was when we got to our room the tv wouldn't turn on. The front desk had already TEXTED us to thank us for staying and asked if we had any issues. We told them about the tv and someone from maintenance came up to our room within 5 minutes!!! Would definitely stay here again! Great bay views too!!

Where to start...the hotel site had restaurant and bar listed. Nope. They did have a decent breakfast, however. The morning after we got there, we had noticed that on the floor of the batroom by the toilet and toilet itself, there were some spots that looked as though it may have been bodily fluid.. There was also a wadded up paper which looked like a receipt on the floor of that area. We spoke with the front desk and were told someone would take care of it. We left and when we returned to the hotel, were told there was nothing there. Sure enough, it was still there. Told them but with her attitude I said forget it! The rest of the room was clean and very comfortable although daily housekeeping was totally unsatisfactory. Pet area left a little to be desired for the extra we paid.. Except for a couple of women up front on the evening shift, staff not pleasant all. Won't be going back.

Property was average for it's age, and staff was nice, but they need to repair the outside hot tub, and ditch the constantly lighted balconies. They are absolutely useless after dark when you might want a little privacy.

Indoor pool and work out room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. View of the bay from the room at sunset was awesome! Breakfast was good and coffee avail anytime. Only two things we noticed. Our room was next to elevator and it made lots of noise going up and down. The timer on the whilrpool was not working and we had to time ourselves. But other than that, not bad at all.

I liked everything about our Hampton visit. The staff was very friendly. At check in they gave us bottled water. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The TV picture and channel selection was excellent. We had a balcony with a full view of the bayside. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included many food options. How great to have an indoor and outdoor pool. We only stayed one night but next time we will definitely stay longer to enjoy all the amenities.
