"There is still no housekeeping services, which is fine, but perhaps provide additional towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc. in the rooms in order to avoid guests needing to call the front desk to request? We stay at this hotel every summer and although we still enjoy it and its location, the rooms ..."

"I have been running from Washington DC to Ocean City for the past 20 years and driven pass it hundreds of times but never thought to stay here. The rooms are spacious, right on the boardwalk and food options right there on site. So convenient! They didn't have king beds and no full refrigerator. ..."

"Lenny's has pretty good food. Nice pool and hot tub. Right next to the beach with great views from the balcony. It's nicer than a lot of the the older hotels nearby. The one stressful thing was the elevators...long wait times and too many people for three elevators. We ended up taking the stairs ..."

"Enjoyed staying here with my 2 teenage children, lots of things in walking distance. Beach is super close which is all we really wanted, nice and quiet. The bad parts, no toilet paper, no towels, and check in was a mess 3 different people at the office at different times and all of them had something ..."
"Extremely nice hotel for Ocean City, MD. I prefer the suites. However, the regular hotel was just as nice. The room could’ve been cleaner. I’m an expert at knowing when housekeeping reuse linens from previous guests."

"When I booked this room I expected a simple clean room on the beach. The room was clean and simple but, there was more.
The room had a small kitchenette with sink, microwave and fridge. Perfect for the snacks and drinks that we bought at the Food Lion, just across the street.
The Carousel was the first resort built on the northern beach so, I expected it to be bit run down but, it wasn’t. Everything was nice and fresh. There’s a cute, reasonably priced bar at the beach access area. There were also beach chairs available. Life guards are stationed at the beach that was clean and lovely.
Inside the resort is a Starbucks, grill and gift shop right next to the ice skating rink. An ice skating rink! The rink was open and in good condition. That was a surprise!
There is also an outdoor pool and kiddie pool, an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.
Our toilet had a leak and when I called the front desk to report it, they sent the plumbers in less than five minutes to fix it.
Onsight parking was available, as were baggage trollies which made bringing our gear in and out very easy.
Check in and check out was also very easy. The staff throughout the resort was friendly and helpful.
I didn’t expect much from the Carousel, being an older and less expensive resort in OC. The Carousel way over delivered on my expectations. I highly recommend it for people of all ages."
