This is a wonderful condo in a great location. It is in a secure, safe, clean, spacious and cozy property. We had 8 women for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Will definitely book this spot again.

It’s was awesome place!!!
We normally come here with my family every year for our vacation; since my older daughter was 1 year old, now she is 11 and we still love OC and obviously we been in different houses or places but this is one of the most excellent place, because it’s in the island and close to the beach and all activity’s… so definitely recommend.

Fabulous Place
This is a very large condo. There were nine of us and we had plenty of space. It is very well equipped, just like home. It's so conveniently located to everything. It's a short walk to the boardwalk, rides and arcades. There are places to fish within walking distance. The Catholic church is three blocks away. There is a market / small grocery store close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. There's even a park where there is live music in the evening. My grandchildren love it and so do I.

Great place for family
Plenty of space for 3 families. 2 families with children. Close to the beach and boardwalk. We could walk to everything we needed. Food, fun, beach, boardwalk, rides, and ice cream. Could use a up grade on pots and pans, and some extra coffee cups.

Our family had a great vacation this week! The condo has it all—great location, beautifully maintained, comfortable and well stocked in every way. We cannot think of one complaint. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this rental ranks right at the very top. 100% recommend you stay here!

Fantastic location and accommodations
Been renting this property as much as we can over the years! The owner is great to deal with and the unit is always spotlessly clean. This unit is very large and spacious, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and within walking distance to all things downtown has to offer, boardwalk, rides, resturants, fishing pier, etc. Absolutely love this unit!

Property is absolutely stunning and more than you could ever anticipate. Do not hesitate to stay here whatsoever, there are zero negatives, only positives. Safe and easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, easy parking for 2 vehicles, quiet property, everything you need for an awesome time in OC.

The property was very well kept, except the cleanliness. I sent the owner an email with pictures the night we arrived with hair all over the shower and floors, dirty comforters and I never received a response back. Linda was very responsive during the reservation process so the lack of response about the cleanliness of the condo was extremely disappointing. Great location but I would not stay there again due to the lack of communication and lack of cleanliness.

We are only 30 minutes from oc but look forward to bike week getaway with our friends! This was our third stay at Linda’s home and we will definitely be back next year! Couldn’t ask for a better location and communication is always the best!! Thanks for making our vacation so stress free!

Reasonably priced and nice big spot right in the inlet. Slept 6 adults and 2 children with room to spare. Two of the bedrooms were far removed from the living space so we didn't have to be too quiet while the kids slept. It was a little tough to get a hold of someone when we had a maintenance issue but other than that it was good.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
There isn't enough room here to say how AMAZING this property is. I have been going to Ocean City for about 40 years and have never stayed in such an awesome place. I don't know how I could ever go anywhere else but this property. When we opened the door we were completely floored at not only how beautiful the property was but how large it was. The property was extremely clean, the parking was by far the easiest and best I have ever seen and the location to the beach, boardwalk and attractions was perfect. The balcony that was accessible from the master bedroom and living room was a perfect way to wind down at the end of the night. The bedrooms are so large and spread apart you wouldn't know that there are others in the property and the bathrooms are also the same. If you are going to Ocean City with a large family you can't go wrong here - PLENTY of room! The owner communicated clearly throughout the entire process, keys and parking passes arrived as advertised, the sheets and towels that we rented were there when we arrived and we had zero problems or issues. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this a perfect vacation for my family and I will be back again next year for sure!!!

We wanted to go on a last minute Easter weekend getaway and happened upon this listing after attempting to book other units further uptown with no success. Linda and her local contact Amber were very accommodating in spite of our last minute booking. Linda connected us with Amber who made arrangements for us to get the key in spite of our late arrival. The attn to detail was appreciated. Directions and instructions for parking, accessing the building and unit were detailed and accurate. Upon entering, the condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. As other reviewers have said, the photos don't do justice to just how spacious this condo is. We brought our own linens otherwise this place was fully stocked (hand soap in all bathrooms). The full size kitchen was fully stocked including coffee, tea, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, Keurig AND coffee machines, pop up toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator, cooking tools, silverware and dinnerware and glassware, dishwashing liquid and detergent and cleaning supplies. Full size washer/dryer. 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms with plenty of beds, closet and space. The balcony has 4 chairs and 2 small tables, faces the east, can see the boardwalk and glimpses of the ocean. Only a short 2-3 block walk to the boardwalk (can see Ripley's Believe or Not from.balcony) but surprisingly peaceful and quiet for the location. A few slats were missing from the balcony sliding door blinds, otherwise everything in the unit was in great condition. Internet and flat screen TVs with cable in the family room and all bedrooms included. Highly recommend this host and unit!

Nice 3 bedroom with ensuites in good location
Aside from a few slats missing on the blinds in the family room and main bedroom (which turned out to be helpful in waking us up early with the sun), an annoying location for the dishwasher (couldn't have the dishwasher and refrigerator open at the same time), and what could have been stains in the main bedroom toilet around the main bowl rather than needing better scrubbing/cleaning, the balcony was awesome with places for 6 people to sit, the kitchen was very well stocked and having 2 covered parking spaces was great. The unit is very spacious and we loved playing games on the large dining table and doing puzzles on the square coffee table. I would definitely recommend this condo.

2019 Wine Festival Weekend
When I first opened the door I was pleasently surprised at how big the condo is. (The pictures on line do not do it justice.) There was 7 of us and there was plenty of room for all. The location was perfect, we parked our cars and were able to walk to great restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. We had a fantastic time and will be sure to be back next year!!

We got this place 1 day before we arrived at last minute. It suited our needs perfectly and is very pretty. The only thing we didn’t like was washing the sheets before we left. It was a huge inconvenience for us to do this while getting ready to pack etc. My suggestion is to charge a fee if the your renters don’t want to do it this.

This condo is fantastic. It is very well kept and in a great location only 2 blocks from the boardwalk and the beach. We loved our stay here and would definitely rent this condo again. The only concern we had was the guardrail on the top bunk in the room with the bunk beds and separate bed. The guardrail is a little bit wobbly and could use some attention. Other than that, we had no issues. Also Ocean City Maryland is now my new favorite northern beach town on the east coast. 10/10.

Very spacious and clean. Well equipped. There were even a few beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys to use. Close to everything... beach, boardwalk, restaurants, souvenir stores and ice cream shop right across the street. You could park your vehicle and not move it the whole week. My family had a great stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay in this condo.
