This is in the midst of a new company taking over this hotel. Staff were great. Rooms are not convenient for space with a couple grandkids. Trying to fix and serve food is limited. You can go down and meet with other in your group and eat food in their breakfast area.

The pool was great. Staff nice and friendly. Rooms need some work. I would stay again if I got a good deal. I would try to get the 3rd floor with hopes of an ocean view. No beach trail from hotel.

When I first arrived at 9pm there was no one at the front desk, no bell to ring, I have to just wait around until someone finally showed up. I was even calling the hotel as I stood there and no one was answering. The girl finally came and gave me a room key. I went to the room and this first room they gave us smelt horrible and there were brown stains all over the bed. I told the front desk that I was not going to sleep in that disgusting room. She gave me a new room and told me the wrong room number. After trying to get into the room she said with no luck I went back to the front desk and she wasn’t even there. There were two other guests at the desk who asked if I was 318 and I said yes and the guest said “oh, she told us that if you came back down that your actually in 317 and that she’s so sorry that she told you the wrong room nunber”. That was annoying! The second room was clean, quiet and nice. I tried then tried the pool and it was so tiny that only one family could swim in it at a time. I will not be staying here again.

The pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Staff was great and very helpful. It was very clean. Modern furniture. Comfortable beds! Great value, highly recommend to anyone.

The person at the front desk who checked us in, I think Dana was her name, was awesome. Super nice, friendly and excellent customer service. She should be trainer in hospitality customer service because she cares about the guests and it shows.

The staff were cheerful and friendly. Front desk staff were helpful and professional. I was traveling with young children (4 and 7 yrs), so the pool and hot tub made their day. If you are looking for a pleasant, affordable and family friendly hotel, this is the perfect place.

Average place to stay. Clean and had comfortable beds. The pool was small but warm which was great for the kids. Could hear the room next door pretty well. Dont count on any food in the morning or coffee for that matter.

Our room did not have shampoo, conditioner, soap. The shower curtain was too short. The sink drained slowly. The carpet in our room did not look good. The backyard where you can let your pet do their business needed some attention or pet owners should be more responsible about their pets. The room above ours had a child running around and its footsteps were loud and annoying especially when you’re trying to get some rest and had to get up early the next morning. They had coffee and mini muffins available for breakfast.

This hotel seemed really great until the coffee situation in the morning. The coffe pot was actually a kuerig and not a normal one. There were no paper cups in the room so we could not brew coffee even if it did work. We also did not receive any room service. Our trash was overflowing since we were there for 3 nights. Also the continental breakfast was just a bunch of super cheap prepakaged walmart brand breakfast snacks. It wouldve been perfect for a young child. It was almost a nice hotel but the coffee thing really ruined it for me. Everything else was just fine.

Thank you for staying with us. All of our rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine. Our housekeeping services are by request only between the times of 10AM to 2PM. We appreciate the feedback and will inform our higher ups to see about more variety for our pastries.

The hotel staff left at 11pm and we had no phones in the room which is extremely unsafe when your staying in a place that is nortoriously terrible for cell service. I should be able to reach 911 from my room. WIFI worked well in my room though. The neighbors next to me were so loud and kept me up until 3am since we had the weird shared door that lead to both of our rooms, I could hear everything. Since the staff was gone until 7am I couldn't even request to move to a less populated area so I could sleep before the 10 hour work conference I had the next morning at 7am. Which I had to be late to since I had to check out at that eaxact time since no one was staffed until 7am. Also the 7am employee showed up 20 minutes late. I will never EVER stay at that place again.

There were no cups in the room for coffee, ask they said they had them next to the continental breakfast, they did not. The next morning no cups at breakfast and there was 1 small muffin and we were there 15 minutes after the start time. The TV in our room only got 1 channel. Looked out of a dirty or bad window to see a junk pile. All and all I we will never stay there again, and think we should get a refund.

The only inconvenience was that while staying on the second floor the ice machine was not working and had to go to the ground floor. Also, there was a strange humming sound during the evening that was ever so light but somewhat annoying when you were standing near the entrance of the door. Otherwise, everything was clean and in order while the staff at the lobby was cordial and very attentive to any needs!!

The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The inside lobby and rooms are very clean, but the outside had some debris and cigarette butts out front were the employees break. It does look like they are giving the outside a facelift so that’s good. Don’t let the outside fool you, the rooms are extremely clean. The only negative I found was the parking..there is very little to go around.

We weren’t sure what to expect for the price point but were pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean & all the employees were very nice. The pool was really warm & clean. We had a great time & will stay again on our next trip.
