This was a great property with a perfect location! Everything was easily walkable, yet off the main route so it was a very relaxing, peaceful time! Communication with the property manager was excellent. Highly recommended! Be sure to check out the Walter Anderson museum and Shearwater Pottery!

King Suite is fabulous!
The King Suite was wonderful. Very clean with a luxurious bed and shower. Able to walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Owner is attentive to every detail to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend the King Suite for a relaxing stay!

Good location between beach and town
This is a good location between beach and town. Sidewalks do not exist so you will walk in the street and navigate cars and golf carts. The space was very clean and comfortable bed.

Perfect location
This house was in the perfect location and was very comfortable. This made getting around very easy and convenient, literally everything in Ocean Springs is within walking distance. The home was not dirty but should be cleaner and the exterior should kept up better. I would stay here again

Thank you for your 5-star review! Not sure what you mean by should be cleaner though. We have our units professionally cleaned after each and every guest. They are literally hundreds of five star reviews that mention how clean our three Suites are. Maybe you are referring to the stone that is on the floors and walls. That admittedly can look king of dirty, but I assure you, it is just the color and staining of the natural stone being it is many decades old. It is steam cleaned regularly. We like to think of it as “character”. That said, we are happy that you would stay with us again, and for your five star review. Chris Property Manager

Loved the location of this property! Easy walk to the beach and moderate walk of about .5 miles to the shops in town. Amenities and cleanliness were fine. Not a full kitchen as you would get in a condo, but small fridge and microwave fine if you plan on mostly eating out. Would definitely stay here again

Nice room in a great location - close to beach and downtown.
The room is spacious. The bathroom is a bit cramped. TV and Internet worked flawlessly. Location is great. Rating would be a 5 if the bathroom door had worked (pocket door, off track), and if the keurig coffee machine had worked properly (lukewarm coffee and leaked water). Manager responded quickly to email, but did not dispatch someone to fix bathroom door or replace coffee machine during our stay.

Thank you for mentioning the great location and spacious room. The bathroom door was working fine before your stay when checked by both housekeeping and myself. The guest before your visit said they had no issues with the coffee machine. We did find both having issues upon your checkout, so they were addressed immediately. Chris - Property Manager

Love this place!’
We have stayed at this property multiple times.. Love it every time. Now that it’s been re-decorated … oh my.. gorgeous!! Location is perfect.. beach in walking distance. Ocean Springs is the perfect get away.. cute little small town just past the hustle and bustle of the casinos. Great food and cute shops. And those old oak trees.. beautiful. Perfect place to get away from everyday life!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were a block from the beach in a very quiet neighborhood and just a few blocks from downtown Ocean Springs. The king suite was perfect for my daughter and I. The bed was so comfy and we had everything we needed. The host responded immediately to all of my questions. We'll be staying again!

A very relaxing trip
We enjoyed the home and the area. We walked to the beach in the morning. We spent a couple evenings at the area restaurants and bars. It's close to biloxi and other gulf coast locations. The house was great. We would stay there again.

Perfect for a couple
My husband and I brought our dog along for the weekend. We easily walked to downtown, the beach, and just around the neighborhood. Be aware that there are loose chickens and roosters roaming about. It was a surprise while walking our dog on the first day. We came just to get out of the our house for July 4th weekend and had a great visit. The room was very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and the town is dog friendly.

This property is located near the downtown beach area and walking distance to downtown shopping & restaurants. So this is positive. Cleanliness: The floor is a rough texture flooring that has a very grungy dirty look. Some of the bedding was missing pillow cases and the bathroom rugs looked very worn out. It was pretty quiet at night. Never used the tv nor the microwave. The keurig coffee maker was very small and only used it once. Has a small compact fridge that was good for our waters. The contact person was informative and kept us updated on when the room was ready for us to use.

Our stay at your VRBO
Property manager did a good job. Location was good for us. We were able to walk to the OS downtown area for the arts and crafts festival at our ripe old age. Didn’t have to fight traffic nor parking problems. Easy walking distance to the beach and boat docks also.
