“Perfect! I am an ex-Californian and forever O'side Local. Brought my wife out for her first visit and we had everything we needed. BRAD WAS GREAT! Just sorry we stayed so busy that we didn't have more time to kick it at the pad. Communication was smooth, ease of travel up and down the coast, local flavor, great neighborhood, and no surprises.Cannot recommend this spot enough!God bless!”

“Great location and massive beach house perfect for a multi-family reunion. Highly recommend. Would stay again. Only down side was a clogged drain that made the bottom floor smell a bit, but fortunately we didn't have to go down there much as we had enough bedrooms on the 3 other floors and we enjoyed the rooftop tremendously.”

“The bungalow is adorable and were thankful that it was spacious, had a full kitchen and laundry. The beach closest to the bungalow is not really usable but beautiful. Just plan to walk 10-15 minutes or attempt parking downtown. I would definitely stay here again, it was very nice.”

“Overall the experience was well worth the and we made memories to last. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and gourmet for the cooks in the family. The views were incredible. Highly recommend. Walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Best part is hearing the waves while in the living room or kitchen. Sitting on the deck during sunset too. ”

“We enjoyed the house for a long weekend vacation with our family of adult children, spouses, 3 yr old grand daughter and one son’s dog. We took advantage of the BBQ, hot tub, baking and cooking in the kitchen, golf cart, pool table, patio, walks in the neighborhood and the wagon and sand toys in the garage that we grabbed for one late afternoon 8 minute drive to the beach. 15 minute walk to nearby coffee houses. Super clean when we arrived Loved the welcome basket upon arrival and……

“The place was really nice and clean. The air conditioner in the 2 rooms needs to be cleaned or replace but it was not extremely hot so it was good. Access to the beach with kids is in morning until afternoon when high high tide comes in. ”
