"Maintenance was unavailable when A/C needed reset in my room. I was advised O could change rooms only because they had extra availability that night. Otherwise the answer was bringing a fan to my room or a breakfast voucher. If the staff had fans on hand to deal with this issue rather than a person on staff to actually address the issue, I can only assume that this is a management decision to cut staffing costs at the expense of guest comfort. I was disappointed in this because it left the front desk staff having to correct issues created by the management of the hotel who wasn’t on site either. There’s a better way to do hospitality and this isn’t it."
