“I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV. I talked to the individual at the front desk, and was told that all rooms of the establishment were non-smoking. There were non-smoking signs on a few rooms, but there was……

“Comfy beds and great staff. A good value for the money. Have stayed here before and will stay again. I always travel with my dog and they remembered her and played with her. My dog is a bit aloof but she loves the staff there.”
