Don't let the Price discourage you... read the reviews....Such a nice, quiet, no frill place to rest, and superbly clean with everything you need..Staff is awesome...Excellent value for this hotel! We love Mom & Pop places trying to make a living!

L'endroit est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle. La cabine est bien équipée, grande, propre et le balcon est un atout. Côté négatif, le wifi fonctionne très mal.

Perfection (except the Wi-Fi)
Our trip was wonderful, my only complaint is the Wi-Fi. I had to do some work while I was there and could not get the Wi-Fi to work... I was connected but the connection was so poor, nothing would work. Other than that, the beds were incredibly comfy and the pool was fantastic!

Good for short stay, but not wheelchair friendly
The bed was really great. I slept great. Room was small and bathroom too small, I couldn’t even fit through the door.p in a wheelchair. Definitely not wheelchair friendly, had to brush teeth outside and use towelettes to clean face, but beds were great. Could not get a late check out so had to be out by 10, could not use to change after the race.

The property was extremely dated. Our room had carpet that was completely stretched out in areas. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every time our neighbor used the bathroom. At least we were only there one night.

A good night's sleep at a good price
My friend and I were up from CT helping my parents pack up their house in Sanford, ME for a move to NC. We were busy all day. The hotel was very understanding when I called mid-way through the day to ask if we could check in later than my requested 3PM check in. One of the owners answered the phone and assured me it was fine, they would hold our room. I had booked a Queen suite, we were in room 212. It was clean, quiet and very nice. I gave my friend the bedroom and I slept in the Murphy bed. I was surprised how comfortable it was. She said her bed was also nice. Being across the street from the Maine famous Congdon's Donuts and a block away from the road to Wells Beach was a perk. We got donuts that next morning and drove to the beach to watch the sunrise. Heading home later that morning was easy as the hotel is on Rt 1. No free breakfast but that was fine by me. A quiet, clean room and comfy bed was all we needed and this hotel was that and more. Nice view and pleasant front desk people. Who needs a fancy, pricy hotel when all you want is a good night's sleep. This was a great hotel and a good price. I would stay here again

This was a last minute booking and ended up being one of our favorite stays of our trip. We loved the location and scenery. The beaches in Ogunquit and Kennebunk as well as the shops and walkable areas were nothing short of amazing. We had a ton of room and were very comfortable. My only complaint and actually more of an observation is we were a bit warm. I didn’t see any air or ceiling fans. We plan to stay in this location for a week long trip next year and maybe just purchase a fan if needed. Otherwise we absolutely loved it it and it was unexpectedly our favorite part of trip which included areas from Bridgeport, CT, and up to Portland and Bar Harbor and Acadia Park.
