Clean hotel
Clean and convenient hotel. It will be good if can provide extra pillows. The aircon is stimes warm and cool, not too sure why. Overall a good stay, will consider staying here again.

Very bad check-in experience
It was self check-in. Requested me to use the confirmation number or name or phone number. I tried but all failed. For my name, it includes "-"; however, the input system has no "-" for input. For phone number, as the foreigner, I tried my phone number, but the system continued to say "Found no reservation." For the confirmation number, Hotels.com only sent me the Hotels.com itinerary, while Kariyushi only sent me the assess code of the front gate. How can I check in? Then I called for help, but the help desk just wanted me to call Hotels.com but wanted to help me solve the issue.

The family room is well equipped and clean. Walking distance to Kokusai dori. A lot of places to eat and shop. Parking space included was a bonus.

房間非常的乾淨舒適 也跟圖片上看到的一樣漂亮 我們是家庭房，車子都停好付費停車場後，辦入住才發現有提供家庭房的免費車位😅比較可惜 距離旭橋站也很近。但行李太多。最後還是決定搭計程車去機場。因為是車站附近，路邊很好攔計程車🚕👍

家族4人で宿泊しましたが、国際通りから徒歩圏内でチェックインもチェックアウトもタッチパネルで済むし、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのでわざわざランドリーで順番を待って何回も足を運ばなくても良いのが凄く良かったです。 部屋も清潔だし、お風呂とトイレもセパレートで良かったです。 しいて言うならスーツケースは部屋の入り口らへんで1つしか開けられないぐらいです。でも、それは全く問題なかったです。

自宅のようで快適
初めて泊まりました。ゆいレール旭橋からすぐです。普通のマンションのタイプで、受付は誰もいません。オートロックで入口が締まっており、事前にくるはずのパスワードの案内がなく、ホテルドットコムに記載の電話番号へ電話、この電話は使われていないとのアナウンス。入口に記載の電話番号へ電話するといくつかの確認後、パスワードをもらえました。 チェックインは端末で問題なく、部屋の入口もパスワード式で便利でした。 部屋はキッチンがあり、簡単な調理器具などもあります。風呂とトイレは別で、風呂は大きく快適です。洗濯機や乾燥機もあり、長期滞在にもってこいです。 立地はバスターミナルの横で、飲食店やスーパー、デパートのリウボウも徒歩ですぐです。 部屋数が少ないので、プライベート感が保たれ、なかなかいい宿泊施設でした。
