This hotel is a bit hard to find but you know the location, it is actually very easy to get to. It is conveniently located near the monorail station and bus terminal. I like it. The only the drawback is the room is little small compare to other Japan hotels.

We enjoyed our stay here for 1 night before heading to our resort and 1 more at the end of our trip since it is close to the airport. The Staff was very helpful,The rooms are cute, the shower is great and with body jets. Free alcoholic beverages at happy hour and the breakfast was low cost and very good. The Hotel feels like they are doing good financially so as such they are not cheaping out on things like our resort did.

お部屋は明るくて、利便性に優れて、かつ清潔で良かったです。 また、ホテルスタッフは明るく親切で素晴らしいと思います。 ただ、当方のチェックイン担当の方は外国人だからなのか、笑顔がゼロで、しかも宿泊に祭して説明らしきものがなかったのが唯一残念でした。 その他のスタッフは本当に素晴らしいので、是非また泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel is spacious and clean and was convenient to where we needed to get to during our stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the 7-11 downstairs was a bonus. The only area of improvement is in the hotel linens. The towels are quite thin. The hotel did new leave a new set of linens even when the “do not disturb” sign was left on the door, so that did help a little… but thicker towels would have been helpful, especially for folks with long hair. In addition, there isn’t a towel rack for the bath towels so we had to drape it on the chairs to dry. Not sure why the water at the hotel was soft… it made rinsing off any kind of soap or conditioner difficult. My uncle lives nearby and his water does not have the same effect. Not sure this is something in the hotel’s conftrol… but just something to note.

Very convenient location, across bus terminal and Monorail & all shopping & restaurant surrounding walking distance. Building not take care well, carpet very dirty not clean at the hallway or main lobby entrance area. Can be improved by cleaning or steaming make hotel looks more grand. Other than that everything is excellent. Staff is very helpful. I highly recommended to all people come to Naha stay in this Hotel. We only stay 2 nights it was a mistake. Should be stay at least 4 nights than you have time to go Aquariam is 2 1/2 hour bus get there. I would highly recommend Hotel should arrange shuttle or any transport can arrive more convenience for overseas visitor.

Amazing shower. One of those big rain shower heads with three nozzles in front at about chest height. Great breakfast. Free drinks in the lounge after 3 pm

Very friendly and helpful staff. Although the room was small by u.s. standards, my resident daughter said it was large by Japanese standards. Short walk to monorail system, which was surprisingly easy to figure out. Would stay again.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights, of my five night stay in Okinawa. I wish I stayed all five nights. Comfy bed, excellent staff, and super clean facility. Convenient location, easy transportation system next door, and tons of eating choices. I only wish their breakfast was better. There are people who do not eat or like pork, yet the menu was filled with pork based items, limited my choice greatly.

A hotel for a quick economical stay.
Only Two elevators that the entire hotel relies on. Don’t expect to get in and out in a hurry. The floor my room was on had really bad smells going on, and the room smelled like old sweat. Other than what I mentioned it was a comfortable stay and the shower had good water pressure.

Very centrally located, nearby the bus terminal and a metro rail station. There were also various bars, grills, convenience stores and more. Breakfast was a nice treat as was the late-afternoon happy hour of tea and coffee, though we wish "English breakfast" teabags were available. We wish the movie selection were better than the trashy Spanish "B" movies and low-quality sci-fi shows. The entrance downstairs needs clear markings designating the entrance to the hotel in this multi-purpose building, otherwise it's not easy to figure out that the office-like lobby is also the access to the hotel itself.

The hotel was neat and clean and quiet. The staff is excellent. The amenities offered are first rate but limited: no laundry service, no business center, no food apart from a very good breakfast buffet and limited "happy hour" snacks. W would recommend the hotel highly as long as the travelers know the boundaries of what they provide
