“Sweet, sunny, and comfortable. Great clean, air-conditioned space. Very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with great shower, large, wall mounted, flat screen TV, in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, (although the k-cup machine leaked and then stopped working altogether on the 2nd day, and only one side of the 4-slice toaster worked. All to be expected when used by numerous tenants over time.) We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and down a short way to the Pier to take in the……

“The place is very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the beach and storefronts. The kitchen and sitting room were a bit warm but the bedrooms were very comfortable ”

“While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host. ”

“Great stay at Old Orchard Beach. We didnt spend much time in the home as we kept busy but a few things to note. The shower door almost slid off so should probably be adjusted and the fridge is missing a handle, other than that, everything was just what we needed. Thank you again, we will be back again! ”
