My only minor comment would be that although it is really near the sea - about 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk - the description of a few steps is a bit optimistic! "Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! "The house is on top of a hill with a great view. The outside area is perfect with hammocks and plenty of relaxing areas. Inside the decor was nice. At night the rooms get hot but with the fans make sleeping okay. We enjoyed a few BBQs and were very happy at the house. There are bikes to ride into the little town nearby and towards the plentiful beaches... everything you need to have a great time and fall in Love with Sardinië is there... The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift!
